“Rachel was wonderful with my two pups. This is the first time I was away from my new rescue pup and I was very worried how it would go but Rachel sent me photos and played with her, and spoiled her with the treats and toys I left for them. Glad I found Rover and Rachel.”

“Excellent communication! She helped me out in a pinch and my girls absolutely loved her. She put me at so much ease as I hate leaving my girls behind. Lots of pictures and plenty of updates. I will absolutely book again!”

“Whitney was absolutely amazing with all 4 of our animals! She was very communiticive and provided thorough updates each visit! We will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“Angela is very kind as I asked her to water my plants and bring in packages as well as taking care of my Ally. She did an amazing job. I would call her again if the future calls for a Rover sitter. Thank you, Brenda”

“Jennifer was fantastic! We had to fly back to PA for a funeral, so we had to schedule last minute. She was super accommodating and worked with us on the check-ins for our chocolate lab. Max had a great time with her and she provided great notes and pictures. Jennifer even brought in our mail. I would recommend her to anyone I know and will definitely use her again. She makes sure your puppy is happy and well taken care of.”

“Tamara did a fantastic job. She kept in constant contact during visits. Asked questions about my kitties peculiarities to make sure nothing was wrong and sent great pics.”

“Emma came to take our dogs out while we were away for the day. She sent pics both times, one of which is my new favorite picture of Ollie. We will not hesitate to book Emma again.”

“We had a wonderful experience!! From the start, she was professional, reliable, and clearly cared about our dog's well-being. She kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs were happy, well cared for, and comfortable throughout the stay. It was obvious that they received plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. We truly appreciated the sitter's attention to detail and willingness to follow our dog's routine and special instructions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.”

About: I grew up taking care of puppies and dogs of all types. I tend to gravitate in any situation towards animals first. While I have no formal training in dog training, I have learned quite a bit throughout my years. My schedule sometimes varies through out the week but it is 99% night shifts, so 3pm until about midnight at the latest. I am available anytime during the day. I live alone with just my 4 year old cat in a decently sized 1 bedroom apartment. I am on the second floor with no elevator. I will be very respectful to your home and your pets, just as I expect someone to be in my home. I pay attention to details and will make sure to take great care of your fur babies.
“Claudia has cared for Milo at least five times now, and every experience has been outstanding. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such loving and capable hands whenever I’m away. She is reliable, attentive, and genuinely treats Milo like he’s part of her own family. She always pays attention to the little details, keeps me updated, and makes sure he’s happy, comfortable, and well cared for. The moment Milo sees Claudia, his tail starts wagging and he gets so excited—that says everything about the bond they’ve built. I couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter. Thank you, Claudia, for always taking such incredible care of my sweet boy. I wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for someone who will love and care for their pet as if it were their own!”

“My cat was safe and happy upon the return of my week long trip. 😸 That was the best he has behaved while I’ve been on a vacation. I also appreciated the daily updates with pictures. Thank you! 🙏”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Brandon
We’ve booked Whitney several times to watch our 2 cats and we love her! She came to see our place before the 1st visit to get a clear understanding of our routine, and every time she visits, she leaves a detailed review of everything she does and takes plenty of pictures!

Annabel was absolutely amazing and incredibly reliable! She was such a sweetheart and took wonderful care of my pets while I was out of town. She also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend her and would definitely book with her again!

Lisha did an absolutely amazing job while I was away. She took excellent care of my two cats, as well as my two lizards. The litter boxes were clean, animals had food and water. She responded quickly, and was a sincerely wonderful person to interact with. 10/10
Lauren was great with our cat, Roxanne. We were well-informed during all visits, received numerous updates, and cute pictures. There were many adorable pictures of shy Roxanne playing with Lauren. We really appreciate the great communication. Would definitely recommend Lauren.
This was our second time booking with Toneshea for our 2 cats, and she continues to be a great sitter! One of them requires medication four times a day, and she handled this with ease and care. She kept us updated throughout her visits, giving us complete peace of mind, and even took the time to get them comfortable and playing. We highly recommend her!

Brittany took the job of looking out for our advanced- age cat at short notice, and while in her final weeks of pregnancy. She left great correspondence while we were traveling and gave me the piece of mind I did not think I would find. She is responsible, dependable, and great at communicating. We are very happy she accepted our job and we highly recommend her service.

Julianna was extremely reliable, and so compassionate caring for our cat while we were away! We were truly blown away by her attention to detail and her calm nature… She was willing to look out for a few specific things on our list without hesitation. We were so pleased and felt so comfortable knowing that Mochi was in good hands, and it allowed us to enjoy our getaway so much more. We will definitely be rebooking her soon for another weekend away! Highly, highly recommend.

Emmy is the best! I had her come play with my high energy cat 3 days a week for 2 months. She was so sweet to him and knew exactly how to keep him interested throughout the play session. She was always very communicative and friendly! She was also willing to accommodate any last minute changes, like when I picked up an extra shift at work and asked her to come for an extra day. Also the best pics I have of my cat are from Emmy now. She also went the extra mile to make my other cat, who is very anxious around new people, feel comfortable. She did her best to win my scaredy cat over, while making sure to respect her boundaries. I believe the ability to form a bond with an animal, in a way that they are comfortable with, is one of the most important traits that a pet sitter can have and Emmy excels at this! I promise you will not regret booking Emmy to care for your furbaby.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Brandon. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
