About: I've owned and taken care of pets of all kinds for 50 years. I'm easy going and will love your babies as my own. I have 2 sons, 4 grandkids, 2 dogs, and 1 parrot! I'm currently a retired, trustworthy grandma with wide availability. I like to stay busy, so I've been house and pet sitting through word of mouth for friends and family for years. I love animals so this has been a great fit for my post-retirement (42years) from the Hillsborough county school system. I am available on short notice 7 days a week. About: I have had animals my entire life and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I've cared for pets of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels-from high energy pups who need lots of playtime to older pets who prefer a slower pace and extra TLC. I'm well versed in basic pet first aid and always pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, so you can feel confident your pet is in safe capable hands. I know how important peace of mind is when you're away, and i take that responsibility seriously. At home, I have a very full (and very spoiled) house-one dog, two cats, and a guinea pig- so I'm used to managing different routines personalities and needs. This is currently my main focus so i have a completely open schedule to accommodate pet parents that may need me at all hours based on their needs I have access to several dog friendly parks and trails near my home as well as a crew cab truck so even the largest dogs can enjoy a ride. About: I was a veterinary technician for 13 years. Fully capable and experienced in medication administration for cats and dogs. Including but not limited to insulin injections, pill administration, and SQ Fluid administration. Then, I pursued other opportunities in the veterinary field. During my tenure as a vet tech I also pet sat for clients. Experience with dogs, cats, sugar gliders, birds I have full availability for your pet. I am looking for long-term set schedules as well as flexible ones. I can give special attention or medical accommodations. I now offer in my home boarding and daycare. My dog Sirius loves other dogs and plays well. He'd love to meet your pup(s)! I also specialized in pets that can't be with others. If your dog needs a home care environment without other animals I have the experience and ability to accommodate.
