About: Hi! I’ve taken care of my family and friends dogs for several years! I love cats and dogs and the joy they bring to us humans. I’m currently working from the months of August to May (full-time). I usually have most holidays off. My schedule when I am working is from 5am-4pm. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. I started volunteering at the Pet Resource Center in Tampa a few years back, and was lucky enough to get a job there. We not only provide them daily care, but get to have fun as well. Feeding, walking, enrichment and overall care. I have 2 days off that I’d be able to dedicate to pet care. I would be available in the evenings as well. I’m already providing pet care at my full time job, but am looking for additional activities. Allison was absolutely wonderful! I had never done house sitting before and felt a little hesitant but Allison willingly spoke with me on the phone before we officially booked and I could tell right away that she was sweet, professional, and would take excellent care of my fur babies. Allison was a great communicator and very respectful of our home (she even emptied the trash on her last day!) We received photo updates regularly and she even took our pup out for a pup cup! I am thrilled with this experience and will definitely be booking Allison again. She is completely competent, trustworthy, and just a genuine person.
Emily stayed with our two puppies for five days and four nights. She cared for them almost as much as me and their daddy did. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
