About: I have taken care of neighbors, friends and family's pets. I have had 10 pets in the past 35 years. I have trained 6 puppies. I have had 4 senior dogs. I am a retired teacher. Other than an occasional routine or exercise, I'm home. I have plenty of time to love and care for one of the most important member of your family. I have a fenced yard and can take on more than one dog from the same family. If your pet feels comfortable in a crate, I will set one up, otherwise I do not crate dogs. Dogs are welcome to sit on the furniture and I have dog stairs.

I’m currently a full-time student in mostly online courses, which leaves plenty of time to play, walk, watch, and snuggle all of your pets with enthusiasm. I have a fenced in yard and a 1 year old golden retriever who is ready to play! I work from home so my hours are quite flexible. Weekends are available if requested in advance. I also enjoy waking up early so will do early hours. I understand the particulates and special care that is required for some pets. I’ve been an animal lover from the time I started crawling. I began rescuing and fostering abused dogs when I was 18. For over 25 years I have cared for, trained, rehabilitated countless pups, including puppies. I have specific large breeds and powerful breeds experience, however, I do have a very soft spot for little pups after rescuing my Chihuahuaweenie who was a part of our family for 14 years.
