Where others would likely have tried calling once before giving up and leaving, she was persistent and waited until she could get in contact with me so she could get into the house to take care of Pongo. We met Stepahnie and PJ prior to boarding our babies them. PJ was well behaved and played well with our dogs. Stephanie was easy to talk with, made us feel comfortable, and helped us a lot by taking care of our dogs like they were hers. “Hello. Being a first timer, at the beginning I wasn’t much confident about leaving my 2 dogs under the care of a third party. But believe me, once Arielle answered my request message, a very special connection took place. This was later validated during our “meet and greet”, and confirmed beyond all expectations from the level of satisfaction obtained from her services. Just looking at her demeanor when interacting with my dogs was something worth watching. Big fenced backyard has way more than twice the actual home area. Updates with photographs. All the goodies and favorable environment for the dogs are present, in particular LOVE and AFFECTION. In summary, I know the furry folks felt happy and at home. And that gave me lots of peace and happiness. Will definitely contact Arielle for a future occasion. I definitely recommend her as the sitter of choice. Can’t go wrong with her. ?”

“Windell was very nice and friendly overall. When I was dropping off my dog, he made sure that my dog had the items my dog needed for her stay and offered his resources if I had missed items for my dog. During her stay, I asked him questions about how my dog was doing and he replied very quick and sent me updates and pictures of how my dog is doing. Windell offered his help upon picking up my dog and debriefed me about Butter’s stay. It was a pleasure to have him take care of my dog! :)”
