“What can I say!!!!! What an INCREDIBLE experience!!! This was our first time using Rover and we were so lucky to have found Tracey! An incredible woman with a loving family and an amazing way with our furbabies! This was our biggest concern, our dogs are like family to us, they live, sleep, eat, inside the house. They are used to apartment life although we recently moved into a large house with a yard and after only being here for a few months we leave for a planned vacation, I know they were probably thinking... WTH!!! Tracey quickly remedied any concerns we may have had, our two large dogs seemed to fit right in with her crew. Ranger is pretty easy going for an old man, but we often refer to Roxie as "Anxious Agnes" her anxiety levels are through the roof sometimes. They both seemed to adjust to Tracey and her home like they had lived there forever! While onboard the ship we received updates and pictures when possible and when we arrived back home, I'm not sure they wanted to leave! LOL Thank you so much Tracey for inviting us into your home and including our family as part of yours! Lisa and David were my first experience. We had to travel out of town for the holidays and couldn’t take our dog Ruby. The initial meet and greet went well. Ruby seemed comfortable and Lisa and David were very friendly and answered any questions I had so we moved forward and booked. Ruby was with them for 5 days and I was sent several pics each day with updates and overall how Ruby was adjusting. She looked happy and calm which took my stress away! Nikki has been a fantastic sitter for our German Shepherd. He is very reserved and has some medical issues. She has no problem giving him medications. And with her dog Turk, she helped him come out of his shell. He is completely relaxed at her place. This is amazing. He rarely get relaxed anywhere but home. We will always use Nikki
Ishita (Minnie) cared for Graham while we traveled. She took excellent care of him, caring for him as if he were her own dog!! She sent pictures and video updates everyday which was comforting to see him having a great time! She asked if Graham could go to the dog park, and he truly enjoyed getting out and playing with other dogs. I would recommend her to care for you dogs while you’re away!
We had a great experience with Toria and family for overnight boarding for Ollie. She was super communicative the entire time, sending updates and making sure we felt at ease while we were away. Most importantly, she took amazing care of Ollie came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. Would absolutely book with Toria again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and attentive!
Jacqueliene was amazing with our two energetic pups! She sent photos throughout the stay and always kept us updated during our vacation, which made us feel comfortable knowing they were well taken care of. Our pups are not the easiest to handle because of their energy but Jacqueliene did great! We will definitely leave them with her again and recommend others to do so as well!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda and her family. This was the very first time we left our dog, and it was for two weeks, so we were extremely nervous. He wasn’t used to being around other dogs except for our little Cockapoo, and we worried about how he would adjust. From the moment we met Amanda, her professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for dogs put us at ease. Not only did our dog do well—he absolutely thrived. He learned how to socialize, became more playful, and clearly felt safe, loved, and cared for during his stay. Seeing how happy and comfortable he was made all the difference for us. We now feel completely confident leaving our baby with Amanda and her family. They welcomed him as if he were their own, and that peace of mind is priceless. They were even flexible to pick up and drop Milo. They give me constant updates on how he was doing. I highly recommend them.
Highly recommend! It was our first time using this kind of service, we were a little nervous how our dog is going to handle it. They took a great care of our French bulldog. Communication was great, we got a bunch of updates and pictures . Overall experience was absolutely awesome!
