Leaving my dog with a person I did not know made me nervous as well, however, Britney shattered my perception of how boarding could be. She replied to questions very timely, provided me with daily pictures of my dog, without asking. She asked questions when she wanted to know more about the dog, she was super friendly, very flexible on times. I was also worried about my dog feeling comfortable eating and drinking, however, my dog ate and drank on the first night at Britney's home. Britney must be doing something right.
