“I'm so relieved I found Peggy and Jamey. I felt comfortable with them immediately at our meet and greet and my dog, Buddy, must have too because he found on a spot on their rug and took a nap! Buddy is 14 years old and he needs some special/extra attention. They were very conscientious and even took notes of the million things I wanted to tell them (Buddy's quirks/habits, schedule, preferences, medical issues, etc.) I noticed that a lot of hosts on DogVacay care for multiple dogs at a time.... Peggy and Jamey were willing to take Buddy as their only dog during the days I reserved... It's like having a personal nanny vs. throwing your kid in daycare! :) I'm always nervous when I have to leave Buddy, but I had a lot more peace of mind leaving him with Peggy and Jamey than I do when I leave him with my family members or friends.”

“We don’t need a dog sitter often, but Annie is our “Go to” sitter. We have three dogs that can be loud and demanding, but she had them comfortable and relaxed in minutes. They’ve had experience with Pit Bulls and Dobermans, and nothing our (initially cautious and frightened) dogs did bothered them. Lots of dog toys too to keep them occupied! A definite find in Oxnard.”

She took some photos of Mei Mei and kept me informed of her day which was nice of her. She made sure Mei Mei had her food and checked in with me about Mei’s Mei’s potty times before I dropped her off and before I picked her up. Always a good sign of an attentive dog person. I work in a school setting, so I have a more flexible schedule, especially during the summer, when I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. I also have two dogs of my own who are very loved and well cared for, so giving animals attention, affection, and consistency is part of my everyday life. Your pets will be treated like family! I’m home with my pets most of the day, so they enjoy a consistent routine filled with care and attention. We start with morning potty breaks, followed by walks, playtime, and plenty of affection throughout the day. Meals and treats are given on schedule, and depending on the day, we may go on an extra walk or just relax together at home. Whether in my home or yours, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and part of the family.

About: I love their independence and how they demand service when they want it. They are different then dogs and that is what makes them so special to me. I am retired and my wife still works, empty nester, flexible schedule We have enclosed patio and parks near by I’d like to go to. I follow the routine of the owners and make sure no stress by being away from Mom and Dad. They are part of my family when they are here and when I am visiting them in their home I’d follow their routine as instructed by my clients.

My dogs coco and oso are both babies but super super friendly both potty trained and they are allowed on their own couch to sleep on. They run around the house playing with eachother and they would love another buddy to play with Currently taking a break from work so i have a great availability i can take same day bookings for any services! Day and night or overnight. I have a large fenced yard cut grass and its clean. Lots of plants but they are safe for dogs. My home is always cool so no dog overheats garage is mostly where my dogs love to stay in and its safe as well. I have leashes and harnesses of different sizes incase it’s forgotten!
