About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them most of my life, so being attentive to their needs comes naturally to me. I treat every pet like they’re my own; making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m reliable, patient, and pay close attention to routines, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, or just giving them the extra affection they’re used to. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and check-ins for peace of mind. I’m especially patient with shy or anxious dogs and take the time to help them feel at ease. My fiance Eric has also always grown up with dogs and was responsible for taking care of dogs and his cat while growing up and they all lived will into their senior years. I work full time where I commute Monday-Friday. Weekends I’m home. My Fiancé also works full time but he gets out a little earlier than I do. For weekend stays we are available to give your furry family the most attention and care. If there is need during the week I’m usually away from home for 10 hours during the day including my commute time to and from work. We will walk and feed them before we leave in the morning and as soon as either of us gets home will do the same and then again before bedtime. In our home, pets are cared for in a calm, safe environment. We live on the second floor of a house in a suburban neighborhood with sidewalks, which allows for safe, structured walks. While we don’t have direct yard access, we make sure dogs get regular walks, exercise, and attention. I also have a senior cat who is naturally shy and takes time to warm up, so I’m very understanding of pets who may be anxious or need a slower, more gentle approach. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet time. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs, and I always aim to make them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.

About: We are a family of 4 who love dogs!! Our toy poodle Cici joined our family since 2014. She is my first child! We have been a reliable source to many friends when they are going away for vacations, so I have experiences with different dogs for many years. I’m working from home all day. I will be able to respond to your messages promptly. I will be able to send pictures and videos several times throughout the day. With a lot of cuddles and love 🥰, we take care of the dogs as our own. Currently I’m only accepting two dogs for boarding at the same time, so you don’t have to worry about putting your fur friend with dogs that have varies sizes or different behaviors. You and your fur friend will have all my attention. I’m currently working from home full time, so I will be able to watch and play with them. I also have a flexible schedule so I will be able to walk them whenever needed.

About: I've had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes as naturally to me as anything. When I got my puppy four years ago, I dedicated myself fully to his training and development, spending every day with him through those early months to make sure he grew into the happy, well-behaved dog he is today. I also have experience with the more challenging side of pet care. My older dog had diabetes, and I spent a great deal of time managing his condition, administering medication daily, and making sure his final years were as comfortable and loving as possible. It taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and caring for pets with special medical needs. Beyond my own dogs, I've spent years babysitting, walking, and watching dogs for friends and neighbors. Animals have always been drawn to me, as I have a natural calm with them that puts even shy or anxious pets at ease. While I'm new to Rover, I bring a lifetime of hands-on experience. Whether it's a long walk, a trip to the park, or just cuddling up with their favorite toys, I pour real love into every visit. I understand how much your dog means to you, and I'll treat them like my own every single time. I recently graduated from college and will be starting my Master of Social Work program at NYU in September. I am available all summer and have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve! I'm currently based in Plainview, Long Island, where I'm free and flexible for any and all pet care needs throughout the summer. Come September, I'll be living in New York City, where I'll be available for drop-in visits and walks during the week, and open to extended stays on weekends. Whether you're on Long Island or in the city, I'd love to help care for your pup! Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have experience both crating and not crating dogs, so I'm happy to follow whatever routine works best for your pup. If needed, I can crate them safely when stepping out, or leave them with a frozen treat and a favorite toy to keep them calm and comfortable, especially if they experience separation anxiety, as my own dog does! I tailor every visit to the individual dog. Whether your pup needs a long, energetic walk or a short and easy stroll, I'll follow their lead. I'm always attentive on walks, making sure they don't pick up anything harmful off the street, and equally watchful in the home to keep them safe and out of trouble. Most importantly, your dog will never be short on love. I'll give them all the pets, cuddles, and attention they could ever want because I truly love animals!!

In addition to cats and dogs, we also care for parakeets, hermit crabs, turtles, and fish — we truly enjoy being surrounded by animals! I am home full time, and my husband works from home full-time. Our flexible schedules allow us to spend plenty of time with pets — from daily walks to playtime in our fenced backyard. Inside, pets are welcome to roam freely in our living room and kitchen, just like at home. Whether your furry friend is a tiny kitten or a senior pup with special needs, we have the patience and experience to keep them safe, happy, and comfortable. In addition to boarding, We also host some routine guests for daycare Monday through Wednesday. About: Hicksville/SOB Rd.& OCR... Home FULL TIME, Dogs are in a low stress enviroment. There is a bedroom on the main floor just for dogs who need not climb the stairs, and I will sleep with them too! My yard is fully fenced in a nice neighborhood for walks if requested. I do require a meet and greet prior to sitting your dog to make sure we are a match. Please bring your vet papers of vaccination. I'm home FT Drop off times-flexible Pick up times-Before 1:00 pm, after 1pm you will be charged an additional $25.00 for Boarding. My husband will stay with your dog if I have any errands to run. I will be with your pet as much as possible playing Fetch, Belly Rubs, Snuggling, or just looking out the window watching other doggies walk by or talking to the mailman! I know most of the dogs in my neighborhood from walking my son Mickey. Mickey is super friendly, and cuddly Puggle. He is 10 years old and unfortunately he has limited eye site. He shares, and loves doggies to visit. The reason I do this: I would love 2 dogs, but my husband says there's not enough room on our bed. So having sleep overs fills my need for a 2nd dog. Depending on the time of year along with the weather my husband will walk your dog With Mickey if requested. Bedtime is always on the first floor with me in our guest room,they can snuggle in bed with Mickey and I or curl up in a dog bed in the room. Snacks are given if you allow just bring your own. We have an in ground pool and will personally supervise your dog when the pool is open. If your pet swims, bring their swim vest! Again I do require all vaccines be up to date, and that you have a flea and tick preventive in use of your choice. Please bring that information during our Meet and Greet along with any needs for your fur baby and any questions you may have. Meet and Greet is in my home to assure we are a match allowing us to get acquainted for you to see our surroundings. They are free and can take 15-45 minutes. We will meet according to both our schedules. You can go away on your vacations, or quick day trips knowing your dog is in a happy loving environment. Bring what your dog needs to feel at home, leash, food, their bed/blanket (we have extra beds and dog dishes), favorite toy, or snacks. My house is small but our hearts are big❤️, we have room to make all our pets feel like they are home! I don't like to take more then 3 dogs at a time for sleep overs. That's just enough for me and my husband to stay cozy with your pet and mine. One at a time is preferred. I also administer medication both oral and injected for those needing.

About: Hey! I’m 27 year old vet tech student who works in emergency/speciality veterinary medicine and treats all animals as if they were my own. I have experience feeding, walking, basic grooming, and medicating pets of all sizes including small animals, reptiles and Aquatic animals as well as animals with special needs. I also own two happy healthy dogs, a 5 year old daschund and a 6 year old Labrador terrier mix. I genuinely care about your pets needs and comfort and happiness as well as yours- so expect plenty of photos while you are away from them. Best time to contact me would be early afternoons and mornings, and my schedule is completely available on Thursday, Friday’s and Saturdays so contact me ASAP to leave your pets in the best care! I work full time at an animal hospital and my schedule is usually the same every week, but somewhat flexible. Let me know in advance and we may be able to come up with a plan tailored to your baby. I treat all pets as if they were my own with respect for routine, please let me know what your pet needs to thrive in your absence so I can make them comfortable and happy as well as safe and healthy.

About: I've spent a lot of my adult years with dogs around and have been trusted many times by family. I've had my husky, Togo, spend the week with me multiple times while my dad has been on vacation or just because I wanted to spend time with him while I was up at school in my DPT program or in undergrad. I also have some experience working in an animal hospital! I'm currently not working, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your beautiful pets! I would be available weekdays and weekends. About: hello, my name is Jackie, I live in Syosset and have a 2.5 year old male goldendoodle named champ who gets along with other dogs every well. I also have an 8 year old son who loves dogs as well. we would love to watch your dog while you vacation or if they need a walk etc. my husband and I work from home and are in the office 2x/week but weekends are pretty open. let me know your needs and Ill let you know what works work from home in office 2x/week and are flexible for boarding over the weekend. if needed can do walks during the week for your dog i have a fenced in yard so the dogs can run together and we take champ for walks as well so they would have fun together
