“As soon as I met Molly I knew my pup would be in great hands because I could really tell she cared a lot about her own dog Pippin. Molly did a great job with Ruffins and kept me up to date with his daily happenings. Molly did a great job with keeping up with his medication, as well as his scruffy hair. I would definitely recommend Molly and Pippin to anyone. ”

“Emily did wonderfully with our anxious girl! She sent lots of uspdates and photos, and when our pup got an upset tummy from separation anxiety she gave her some pumpkin for her tummy. I would absolutely trust Emily to watch my dog again! You can tell she's very experienced and wonderful with dogs!”

“Ashlee was fantastic! We were in a bind and she took our dog in less than an hour from booking a last minute stay. She was great to work with and our dog seemed well cared for!”

“Laura is great! She always takes great care of my big energetic dog. He comes home tired and happy. She’s also a great communicator. Prompt and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”

About: Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life. Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved Caring for animals. Today, I share my home with three Goldendoodles who are truly part of our family. I understand that pets are family, and I’ll care for yours with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Whether your dog needs playtime, walks, cuddles, or a comfortable place to stay, you can trust they’ll be safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I work part-time as a hairstylist from my home salon, so I’m home most of the day and able to give dogs plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship. My three friendly Goldendoodles absolutely love having other dogs around—especially running and playing tag together in our backyard. We have a fully fenced, ½-acre yard with lush grass, lots of trees for shade, and plenty of room to run and explore safely. Our dogs are indoor family members with access to the yard through a doggie door, and visiting pups are welcome inside too. We truly enjoy having dogs in our home and will treat yours like one of our own. I care for every dog as if they were my own. I believe pets thrive when they’re treated with love, patience, and respect. My goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family while you’re away. If a dog needs redirection, I use calm, positive boundaries—never physical discipline. Their safety and well-being always come first. Dogs in my home are welcome inside, get plenty of attention and affection, and are free to relax wherever they’re most comfortable. I love spending time snuggling with them, playing, and letting them tag along throughout the day. I want every pup to leave feeling happy, loved, and excited to come back.
“Crowe and Taylor are amazing and take such good care of our pup! We love the pictures, videos & updates they send us. We always know our pup is well loved, having the best time & taken care of.”

“This amazing family took such great care of my 7 month old puppy! She kept in touch with pics and video and made me feel so comfortable with being away from her. Thank you Elise!”

“We had such a great experience leaving our dog with Becca! He got so much love and attention that he didn't even miss us. She sent us a picture every day of naps or walks to the park! She put our minds at ease so that we could more fully enjoy our time away. We will definitely book with her again! THANK YOU!!”

“Pax had so much fun with their other pups and they took good care of him. When he wouldn’t eat his food they made sure to give him some he would eat, making sure to not give him chicken since he’s allergic. They also stepped in when we were in a pinch on our way out of town when our other boarding fell through. Will definitely use them again!”

“Chris and her family are the most loving and caring people. We have absolute total peace of mind when we leave our little pup with her. She’s always incredibly easy to communicate with and sends the sweetest updates. We hope she never stops watching, she’s our person without a doubt. Thank you Chris🩷”

About: Hi, my name is Annette and I have loved animals my whole life! I had show animals through my 4-H and FFA years where I was able to train, nuture, and love sheep and steers that I showed at the county fair. I was raised on a farm and had the opportunity to be able to also ride and care for horses. I have had two dogs in our family that have been loved and miss them dearly. I am at an age in my life where we can travel a little bit more without having to worry about dog care for myself anymore. I know how hard it is to find good loving care for your fur babies when the need for vacation or travel occurs. Thats why I would love to give those entrusted in my loving care to have a worry free vacation or drop in visits, providing walks and potty breaks when life gets busy. Here is a little background information about myself and my previously owned dogs that have been very loved and no longer with me. I do work a Physical Therapy job Monday - Thursday. Two days are half days and the other two are full 10 hour days. My black purebred pug named Angus was with me for almost 15 years. I recently lost our Dorky (yorkie/dachshund mix) named Bentley aka Mr. Beans also known as Mr. Weenie who was with us for just over 16 years. Grandma to our 3 year old grandpup Graham who is a long hair dachshund who visits us often. I found this Rover app and decided to give it a try as a side hobby to spend some time with your animals to help my heart heal as I love dogs! Dogs speak to my soul and therapy for our hearts! ❤️ I am currently working Monday thru Thursdays. Available to let dogs roam outside before work, lunch breaks, and after work with being crated during work hours only. My fenced in Back yard allows freedom to roam free, play, and explore. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in yard for your dog to run around and roam, or if you prefer me to come to your house that is also another option. love taking walks, whether it is around your neighborhood or mine, your dog is welcome with a harness or leash to come on a walk with me. I have 2 clean kennels or you can bring your own if you prefer and a home full of love.
“Our first experience with Rover was excellent when we left our dog Bogie with Michael for a last minute trip. Michael's own dog Ricky is so sweet and well-loved, I was immediately put at ease with the decision. Michael's home is clean and comfortable with a large fully fenced yard for the dogs to play. He kept me updated on how Bogie was doing and sent pictures during the stay. I would highly recommend Michael and will be booking with him again soon!”

“Tania provided a wonderful home away from home for my senior dog! Her yard has plenty of space to move around and my dog easily made friends with her two dogs. Tania sent two or three updates each day with pictures and video, which put me at ease with it being my dog's first time away from home. I was booking last-minute, and Tania was upfront about another dog already being booked on what was the last day I needed someone to watch my dog, and I appreciated that so much. It was so easy communicating with her. Would definitely book her again if we have the need!”

“They really helped make leaving our fur baby a good experience so that we could enjoy our vacation and our cat could enjoy having affection and attention while we were away! Thank you so much yet again!”

“Daisy really liked staying with Dashia. She was excited to see me when I picked her up but day after she has a bit sadness from missing her new dog friends and humans. Dashia was very accommodating with my flight situation and I appreciate her understanding. She did a great job with Daisy.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
