About: Pet care is my life. It is what I have done since before I can remember and I LOVE it. I have many years experience working at veterinary practices so I am comfortable giving medications as directed. Past experience supervising doggy day care/play groups. I also have experience working with positive dog trainers who helped me care for my high energy rescue dog. I am practiced at observing feline and canine body language which helps me to handle them even in stressful situations. I have volunteered for animal shelters and rescue groups in the past and I am comfortable caring for rescue pets who need a little extra TLC both physically and emotionally. My newest pet care skill is professional dog grooming. Some experience caring for horses and other livestock. I will care for them like they are my own.

About: I am the youngest of 3 and growing up, we always had dogs in the family. I the youngest usually would have the duties to clean up after the dogs and make sure they have food and water with potty breaks. I am diligent and responsible for any tasks need to be done. I am new to Rover but I am excited to help take care of your pets! I consistently take care of my own dogs; Franky (A Golden Retriever) and Ringo (A Shitzu). About: Pets have been a big part of my life since I was small, I understand that they are part of the family and will do my best to treat them as such. i am currently a full time student that does have a part time job and would like to do something that i actually enjoy for once. About: For as long as I can remember I've loved animals and have been genuinely interested in learning about them. I grew up having lots of pets and have a wide range of care and management experience with various species including: dogs, cats, birds, rodents, some reptiles, fish, horses, and other livestock. In 2010, when I first moved to Vegas, after many years of riding and horse keeping- I became a full time horse trainer and ranch manager in Northwest LV. During my early 20's I also apprenticed with several horse and dog trainers, getting my start in a few different horse and dog sports. In 2013, I completed a small animal veterinary assistant program (AS) from Animal Behavior College and following internship at a local vet clinic to further my education, but continued to work privately for clients as I am much more interested in the behavior aspects. I continued riding and training, volunteering countless hours with L.E.A.N (las vegas equine rescue network) and Paradise Ranch horse assisted therapy, as well as a few other local smaller programs for horses, dogs, and even cats. During those years I periodically helped teach various dog sports and obedience classes, as well as taking my own continuing education classes separately. I recently moved back here from a few years living abroad so I am looking to expand my client base again! This my 16th year of professional animal training and management. I'm an experienced behavioral consultant for dogs and horses. I use gentle, effective, ethical handling methods backed by modern research that do not involve the use of applied punishment as a teaching tool. I feel very strongly about compassionate care, training and daily management and am at a high level of hours in both animal science education and practial experience. Most animals I've handled appreciate my very gentle approach and clear understanding of their signals, and I have never met one I didn't genuinely like. Their safety and comfort is my top priority. *any training services I offer are completely separate from Rover and unrelated to the services I provide here. If you are interested in behavior modification plans it will need to be discussed separately/privately. I am full time self employed and I have a wide range of availability and offerings. I have experience with care and training for many species I'm very consistent, will show up on time every time as expected and do what we have agreed will be done. I value my time and yours and you can rest assured knowing my clients animals are my top priority and I will treat your pets with the same high standard of care and attention that I give to my own. I am very proactive at the first sign of any issue and always grateful for the opportunity to meet new animals and their people!

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. Cats, dogs, fish, bunnies, and even horses! I’ve also watch multiple of my neighbors pets while they were away! I also love going for walks! I’m currently going to Southern Utah University for Agriculture Education with a lot of free time in my schedule to take care of your furry friend! I’m unfortunately not able to take care of animals in my apartment, but I am more than willing to travel to your house! I can clean litter boxes or pick up the backyard!

Neighbors, friends, and family relied on me to walk, feed, train and board their pets Between other life adventures, I have plenty of time set aside for walking, training, boarding, and getting to know your dog personally and become best buds I have a large fenced yard that is secure and a crate for bedtime and/relaxing time for your dog to take a snooze in. Two resident cats on the premises. Plenty of toys to play with too. Did I mention my drawer full of tennis balls?
