About: I have experience caring for dogs both for my family and through pet-sitting. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and getting to know each pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. I regularly help care for my sister’s dogs and have been responsible for their care when she is away. This includes feeding them, providing fresh water, taking them for walks, spending time playing with them, and making sure they receive their vitamins, supplements, and other care according to their normal routine. I understand that every pet is different, so I take instructions from owners seriously. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, medications and supplements, exercise needs, household rules, and any special instructions an owner provides. I am comfortable asking questions when I need clarification because I would rather make sure I am doing something correctly than make an assumption. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care. I enjoy walks, playtime, and simply relaxing with them so they have companionship while their owners are away. My goal is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining the routine they are accustomed to at home. I wouldn't put the detailed autism explanation in this first section. This establishes Matthew as a capable pet caregiver first. Then, when we get to a section about communication, routines, or what owners need to know, we can explain his disability, his need for direct instructions, and your role as his communication support. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care. Because I do not currently work a traditional full-time schedule, I am often available throughout the day and can provide companionship, walks, playtime, feeding, and other routine care. I do best when scheduling expectations are communicated clearly in advance. If your pet needs care at specific times—such as meals, medications, walks, potty breaks, or bedtime routines—please provide those times as specifically as possible. Having a clear schedule helps me maintain your pet’s normal routine and make sure nothing important is missed. I primarily use an e-bike for transportation, so please let me know ahead of time if your pet’s care will require transportation outside of the home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully and do my best to maintain each pet’s normal routine so they can feel comfortable and secure while you are away. Because I am autistic, I do best with clear, direct, and detailed instructions. I can sometimes have difficulty recognizing implied expectations, hints, or instructions that are open to interpretation. Written instructions are especially helpful for things such as medications, feeding, household rules, behaviors to watch for, areas that are off-limits, and what I should do if an unexpected situation occurs. If something is unclear, I would rather ask questions than assume what an owner wants. My sister also provides communication support when needed. She tries to attend meet-and-greets with me whenever possible and is available by phone during bookings and stays to help clarify instructions, make sure important questions are asked, and assist me with communicating detailed updates to owners. I take the responsibility of caring for someone else’s pet and home seriously. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and comfortable environment while respecting your home and following the routine you have established for your pet.

About: I have a big spacious fenced in yard. My home is calm and welcoming which will help your dogs feel right at home! I have cared for dogs of families and friend. I’m available for boarding Friday through Monday all day which gives me more than enough time to take your puppies on walks and give them the care and attention they need. I have a fenced in yard and a sweet little 2 year old that is so gentle and will give your furry babies all the snuggles.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since birth and till death. I’ve been around pets my whole life and know the do’s and don’t’s of pet care. I have a part time job but if I accepted your boarding request there would be someone home the entire time. You will never have to worry about a lack of attention and care from me. My pets get along with others and are crate trained. Your pets would be treated like a member of the family. We could work on training as well.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was six years old. I’ve always loved dogs. I treat them like I would treat a child. I try and make sure they have everything they need to be successful. I have 2 dogs of my own and I love them to pieces I work for instacart so I can plan my schedule to work for you and your pups! I typically do some side gigs after work but can move things around to ensure the pups are getting the most love and attention possible! I have a big field right behind my apartment where the pups can go potty. My apartment is puppy proof and is safe for all dogs.

About: We love animals. We would love to help take care of and walk your dog for you. We can also take care of your cat if you need us to. We have been around animals our whole lives. We have walked dogs and taken care of them in the past for family members. When we lived in Arizona then we would take care of people's dogs. We had 2 dogs that we would let out everyday. We have 5 kids. They love animals to. We have never had any problems with dogs. We can come to your home to take care of your dog. My husband Mikel is here to help me if I need help. He is really good with dogs and they love him. We want to get another dog someday. I can come to your home and take care of your pet or walk them morning or night. My husband can help me when he is home. We will make sure your pet has food and water and goes outside to use the bathroom or clean the litter box if it's a cat.

About: I’ve fostered 5 different dogs from the Humane Society of Utah (3 wks - 2 mo each). I was responsible for feeding, exercising, administering meds, and providing water for the dogs. I volunteered for Second Chance for Homeless Pets, where I cleaned kennels, fed animals, completed simple cleaning tasks, & bathed a dog. I completed 4 semesters of the vet tech program at Broadview University, where I learned about proper veterinary care, including administering meds, making general health assessments, walking dogs, cleaning kennels/clinic/classrooms, etc. During this time, I completed a preceptorship at Sugarhouse Veterinary Hospital, where I was able to sit in on a surgery. I worked as a vet tech at Banfield Pet Hospital for 3 months. I also worked at The City Pet Club Dog Daycare & Boarding facility and I’ve been dog sitting for the past 6 years. I have my own all natural dog treats and dog shampoo and a defurminator deshedding brush tool. I currently work from home and am very flexible for the purpose of taking care of your fur babies. I love all animals and would be privileged to watch yours. Water, food, treats, baths, walks, hiking, runs, dog park visits, dog pool visits, ball/toys, able to administer meds and address wounds, etc. I am a very good dog masseuse. Haha

About: I have always been the go-to friend, when it comes to taking care of their pets while they are away. Over the years I have had experienced all sorts of dogs and cats, and have given them all the care and love as I do my own pets. ❤️ I’m a full time hairstylist who’s just wanting some animal interaction away from the salon. I have Mondays available from 11-3 to snuggle, walk and play with your fur babies. If I am making a home visit, I will spend 40-60 minutes with your beloved pet. Making sure water is topped off, and feed if need, while giving your pet undivided attention in your absence. If I am dog walking, my dog and I will stop in and take your dog for a fun jaunt and play in the park. (40-60 min). (If my dog doesn’t get along with your dog, we can make it just me.)

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember! Last year, I even completed a service project focused on educating others about the importance of pet enrichment and proper care. I’ll treat your furry friend like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for every step of the way! I am currently a student at Weber state studying elementary education so I have my student teaching from 8am-11am. I am often available outside of these times. About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was 10. I have experience caring for senior dogs as well as puppy care! I also have experience with training. Puppies have a special place in my heart, and I don’t think I would ever turn down watching a puppy!!! I currently work from home, so I am just hanging out with my dogs all day and taking them outside, so I thought why not have some more dogs come hangout with us! We have a small mini fenced off dog park right next to our townhome & a small private patio. I am fairly quick to respond to inquiries. I am a CNA, but taking a short break enjoying caring for fur babies these days ❤️ There is a fenced off dog park right next to my home, I go in there with the dog and make sure no other dogs are in to ensure safety, and frankly you just never know how dogs will be around eachother. I have a private patio as well. I think being attentive to your pet, providing whatever accommodations needed helps build trust & comfort to not only you, but your pet!
