About: I’ve spent much of my life caring for family pets, including dogs and cats, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to look after a wide range of animals—chinchillas, hamsters, fish, ducks, horses, and more. These experiences have taught me a lot about how to keep animals comfortable, safe, and happy. When our family dog, Diesel, was a puppy, I took the lead in attending his behavioral and training classes. I also volunteer at the local humane society, where I help care for and comfort cats. I’m experienced in administering medications to both cats and dogs and always take care to follow an owner’s specific instructions and preferences. Animals have always been a part of my life—I truly can’t imagine it any other way. I work as a social worker at the hospital during the week, and spending time with animals is one of the ways I unwind and recharge. During the week, I work as a social worker in neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery at Mott. Outside of work, I volunteer at the humane society, assisting with daily tasks and helping to comfort cats and small mammals. I’m Fear Free certified and plan to integrate my understanding of animal behavior into my social work practice when appropriate. Caring for animals—whether through walking, feeding, cleaning, or simply offering companionship—is something I make time for regularly, typically a couple of times a week. I’m also actively involved with the Ronald McDonald House in Ann Arbor, where I serve as co-president of the Young Professionals Group. I love walking dogs and sitting with cats more than anything. My own Emotional Support Animal, Rosie, has been a profound asset to my life- she is the queen. I care for my pets dependent upon their medical and lifestyle needs. I provide space for cats and dogs to figure out their level or trust, and know the different signs of distress or anxiety from my Fear Free Training.

About: Hi there! I’m a passionate animal lover who is excited to offer professional and loving pet-sitting services. I have a natural connection with animals and enjoy providing them with the care and attention they deserve while their owners are away. I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I can remember. From volunteering at the Huron Valley Humane Society to being offered a job at a highly rated dog boarding place, people’s trust in me to care for animals has never wavered. Most recently, I cared for and trained my now 11 month old lab from 8 weeks of age. She truly is such a gentle soul and I promise to care for your fur babies like they are my own. I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages and different needs. I’ve had multiple dogs in the puppies stage, given daily oral medications to dogs for seizures and anxiety, and handled varying temperaments. I also make sure to tailor my care to meet each dog’s specific needs. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’m here to make sure your dog feels comfortable, happy, and safe. I’ll follow any routines you’ve established, whether it’s feeding times, bathroom breaks, or specific instructions for their care. I would love the opportunity to meet your pet, learn more about their personality, and provide the best care possible while you’re away. I promise to treat your pet with the same love and respect I would give my own! I’m currently a part time college student who has weekday availability to meet your needs. My current schedule provides a lot of flexibility and therefore can give me more time to care for your pets. For drop-in visits, if 3 visits a day are needed, the rate will be 1.5x the base rate. This is due to more driving time, gas, and less flexibility with my own schedule throughout the day. Thank you for understanding I am no stranger to caring for animals with ongoing medical needs and currently have one dog who has an extensive treatment plan of her own. I’m here to fit your pets needs and want to provide the same level of care they receive on a daily basis. They truly are part of the family!

About: I encourage cat parents to reach out! Raised with animals all my life, I will bring natural understanding, genuine love, and calm energy, while treating every pet like family, not just a job I am currently working part-time. My schedule will allow me plenty of time for your pets. I also have availability on the weekends as needed I go above and beyond for my little fur balls and those of my clients. Give them attention when they want it, feed them as they need, play to their hearts content, that's the goal :)
