About: I’ve always been a big animal lover. When there was an opportunity to take care of any animals, i was the first in line! I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, and some exotic pets. I’ve taken care of cats who have disabilities and provided drop ins when needed! I am currently a college student at UNT and have classes Tuesday’s and Thursdays. I am completely available any other day of the week! I can do anytime of the day, and do multiple visits if needed! Whether I’m in your home or mine, your pet’s comfort and safety always come first. I keep a calm, clean, and pet-friendly space with lots of love and attention. I follow your pet’s routine, mealtimes, potty breaks, play, and rest to make sure they feel at home. About: I love animals and always had a dog or cat or both. They were healthy, well cared for, got lots of attention and were considered part of the family. Fast forward, I found myself without a dog or cat. So, I got certified as a foster for the SPCA, volunteer at the local shelter, am a contact for the DFW wildlife hotline, and certified in two other wildlife areas. I have fostered, helped re-home, and cared for a few pets. My children said I'd be perfect for helping folks who need someone to care for their cherished pet. So here I am at Rover. Your dog or cat will get lots of attention, cuddles, exercise, and play. I'm a retired professional that loves animals. I will NOT be working remotely on a computer or phone for hours while ignoring your pet. Your pet IS my job. I will physically be where your pet is whether inside the house or outside playing. Though experienced, I'm new on Rover, and my schedule is open. However, first come first serve. Please call with your specific needs. Your pet's safety is paramount. Inside my home: I ensure there are no exposed electrical wires, poisonous plants, chemicals on the floor, or toys that are dangerous to swallow. You can trust I have your phone and your vet's phone numbers readily accessible should any emergency or question arise. How I care for pets: Whether at my house or my client's house my care is similar. Initial greetings, carrying, petting, and talking to your pet. I will observe your pet (my habit) to ensure they look physically well, are responding and moving healthily. After my observations, in case of a cat, I clean litter pan and surrounding areas. Then outside to play if a dog (inside play if a cat). Play for both will always include running, jumping and stretching. After play is meal time and always plenty of clean fresh water. Finally, relax and cuddle time for your pet. If at my house, after mealtime, the environment will be relaxing with pet pillow beds on floor where they can rest, digest, and cuddle. That said: I follow the client's schedule to ensure not to upset their pet's habits, digestive issues, or cause anything that may promote anxiety in their pet. Inside my home is relaxing with plenty of natural light, comfy pillows beds on the floor or couch for your pet's relaxation and cuddle time. Outside: I have a very large, fenced yard for lots of play and running. There is plenty of fresh clean water both inside and outside. I even have soft relaxing music to calm any anxiety when you drop them off. At client's home: I will greet and talk to your pet, hold and pet them often.I observe physical and behavioral wellbeing. In case of a cat, I would clean litter pan and its surrounding area first. Afterwards, plenty of play time. Cats will play inside the home. Dogs outside. Whether cat or dog, play will include running, jumping and stretching. After play they will be fed and get plenty of fresh clean water. Finally, time to relax and cuddle time.

About: My entire life I have been around animals! I grew up in a household with multiple cats, reptiles, gerbils, hamsters, and dogs. We are currently a pet free home, but I would love to play with your pets. I also have experience with senior pets, strict medication regiments, and am very accommodating for special needs animals. About: At 13 years old, I puppy trained my first puppy, and other than being financially responsible for her, that puppy was my responsibility for her entire life until she passed away at 18. I taught her to go potty outside, how to sit, give a paw, and play fetch. I walked her for hours a day! We were best buds. I now have 4 other shelter dogs of varying sizes and personalities. These puppies are really and truly my babies! I have rescued a dog that had been hit by a car and also a day-old mouse which I hand-reared hourly for weeks. The doggy was successfully rehomed and fully recovered, and the mouse lived a full year which is pretty good for a wild mouse. I became a member of the UK version of the ASPCA at age 7. I have raised all sorts of pets who have long and healthy lives, including hamsters, fish, a guinea pig, rats, a hedgehog, cats, a mouse, rabbits, and now five dogs. I have 4 dogs. I do this so I don't get tempted to go to the shelter to get more. 🤣 let me lobe on your pet, so my husband doesn't leave me if I bring home anyone else. I will adapt my pet care to suit your baby's needs. I have a large living area downstairs and a yard, so there is plenty of space for your doggy to run and play. I like to think of it as a private doggy day care. I also have 2 large and comfy sofas for naps. I can't really accommodate a cat in my home as my largest dog, Winston, might make chase them. I am happy to come to your place and do drop-ins, feeds, or overnights, and if your puppy would prefer their own environment or you need them to have a walk whilst you are at work, I would love that too. Walking is one of my fave things to do!

I was a cat mom for 13 years, am now a dog mom of a 1 year old cocker spaniel, 5 year old springer spaniel, and of course my 13 chickens! All of these animals I’ve had since they were babies and devoted much of my time, love, and care into. I would love to be able give the same love and care towards yalls fur babies while yall don’t have the time to do so!😌 Since I have many animals of my own most of my days consist of animal care 24/7! My 2 dogs are kennel and house trained and also know basic obedience as well as sit and stay, which I have taught them both to do on my own. I have exact times that they get fed twice a day so I am good at keeping up with a feeding schedule! I let them outside very often as well as play with them outside lots of the time.
