About: I grew up with one dog in my house and have house/pet sit for family and friends. When I was getting my degree I worked at PetSmart in the Doggie Day Care. I’m a teacher and home more in the summer! I’m a teacher and usually leave my house by 7:30 am and return no later than 4:45 pm. Growing up my family’s dog’s routine was to be walked and fed twice a day. When it was hot outside the routine changed with him having a bathroom break and then walked later that evening. I have experience in providing medication. I have a fenced in yard for your dog(s) to run around, sidewalks in my neighborhood to walk, and room to crate your dog(s) if thats what they need to feel comfortable. I currently don’t have a dog so they would have all the pets and snuggles!

I have also volunteered at animal shelters for a total of five years, where I learned a lot about how to care for various ages and breeds of dogs. About: I’ve owned pets my whole life, I fostered 12 puppies a couple years ago and have always had at least 3 dogs. My dream career is to be a Veterinarian and own a non-profit animal rescue. My friends have trusted me to come by and care of their dogs when away on vacation, but this would be my first time pet-sitting for Rover! SIDE NOTE (PLEASE READ): I will not be walking any dogs in 95+ degree weather without some sort of protection for their little paws. Protection and comfort is top priority!! I wish I had more photos but I tend to focus more on the animals than to get my phone out and take photos prior to Rover so my collection is small but i’ll be adding to it!) I do have a part-time job but it’s very flexible, and I will be able to adjust to your needs and personal schedules. I will not be doing any pet-sitting at my own house because I do own a reactive dog and one who’s a bit older, but they have a fenced yard with water accessible 24/7, home-cooked rice and chicken twice a week (they’re spoiled) a friends ranch nearby they go to for running and walks, and a toy box with all the toys they could dream of.
About: I have two large breed dogs, and I can train dogs to do basic commands. I have taken care of animals ranging from rabbits and goats to horses. I have much experience with senior cats. I have cared for a cat for 17 years who was blind, and I just had to put down my 15 yr old cat due to thyroid issues for which I gave her meds twice a day.
