Growing up my family’s dog’s routine was to be walked and fed twice a day. When it was hot outside the routine changed with him having a bathroom break and then walked later that evening. I have experience in providing medication. I have a fenced in yard for your dog(s) to run around, sidewalks in my neighborhood to walk, and room to crate your dog(s) if thats what they need to feel comfortable. About: I’ve owned pets my whole life, I fostered 12 puppies a couple years ago and have always had at least 3 dogs. My dream career is to be a Veterinarian and own a non-profit animal rescue. My friends have trusted me to come by and care of their dogs when away on vacation, but this would be my first time pet-sitting for Rover! SIDE NOTE (PLEASE READ): I will not be walking any dogs in 95+ degree weather without some sort of protection for their little paws. Protection and comfort is top priority!! About: I have had dogs my entire life and I love meeting new dogs and their owners. I currently have 3 of my own fur babies. I had my first job at 16 working as a kennel tech at a veterinarian office. I have since worked for several doggy daycare/boarding facilities in California and here in the Dallas area. I am CPR certified for dogs of all sizes. I have experience administering medications including eye, ear, oral and insulin. I have experience handling small and large dog breeds of all ages. I am comfortable and very patient with elderly fur babies as well as puppies as I have had many of both myself. I work part time in retail so I have plenty of time during the day/night to drop in for a visit or stay the night with your dog/s. I will share my work schedule with you for the time you are looking for a sitter so you that know when to expect me at your home. I make sure they have ample fresh, clean water, I wash their food bowl daily, I clean up messes and pick up poop in the yard. About: I have taken care of dogs for about 12 years and grew up with at least two dogs in the home at all times. Golden Retrievers, Pitbulls, Maltese, Catahoula, Labs, and Frenchies are the dogs I grew up with and I have dog say many times over the years for a many other dog breeds. I love cuddling with the pups, taking them on walks, playing tug o war, throwing the ball, and letting them sleep on the couch and bed. I currently work full time, with the ability to work from home some days and always remote Thursday, Friday, and am home through the weekends. About: I have two large breed dogs, and I can train dogs to do basic commands. I have taken care of animals ranging from rabbits and goats to horses. I have much experience with senior cats. I have cared for a cat for 17 years who was blind, and I just had to put down my 15 yr old cat due to thyroid issues for which I gave her meds twice a day. I have also bottle fed baby animals and had to assist one of my dogs when she had a litter of 11 puppies, which I cared for on my own. My only job right now is caring for my two dogs and my cat! About: I’ve cared for a variety of dogs in size and breed over the years from family and friends, and had 3 of my own and a couple cats as well. We spend time with them walking and playing, providing love and care and treats and of course fun play time! I’ve had my own dogs from puppies to seniors and taught them basic skills, and took them to training for other needs. Our kids have grown up with our dogs and love them basically as their own siblings. I am home almost full time and can care for your animals 7 days a week. During the school year I work two days a week at a preschool, and will have activities to work around for my children once they start up again. However, there is availability everyday in my schedule for your needs. I have a fenced yard and a doggy door to the backyard for any boarding. We have a fenced in area for a dog specific zone for potty breaks, and open the rest of the yard for running around and exercise to keep it clean of dog mess. Working only two days a week part time will allow me to check in at your home frequently, and can find the right time and schedule around those two days hopefully. I have 2 dogs of my own that are friendly to other pets as well. They can sometimes need a minute to warm up (my Great Dane can be skiddish and defensive with smaller dogs - but will warm up, she is a big baby) and then they are incredibly playful!
