About: I have been pet sitting/dog sitting since I was 10 years old. I’ve had dogs since I was a baby so grew up around them all the time! I’m available weekdays from 5 to whenever for dog sitting at home! I have breaks in between classes for dog walking and letting them out! I can easily crate your dog if needed! Take them outside with supervision! Walk them with a leash and bathe the dogs if that’s needed!

About: I have been dog sitting for a few years now. I have helped take care of lots of family and friends dogs growing up. From helping bathe dogs with my grandma, to walking neighbors dogs, and even sitting on weekends and weeknights from a young age I have handled dogs of all ages and sizes and cats as well! About: I have two large breed dogs, and I can train dogs to do basic commands. I have taken care of animals ranging from rabbits and goats to horses. I have much experience with senior cats. I have cared for a cat for 17 years who was blind, and I just had to put down my 15 yr old cat due to thyroid issues for which I gave her meds twice a day. I have also bottle fed baby animals and had to assist one of my dogs when she had a litter of 11 puppies, which I cared for on my own. My only job right now is caring for my two dogs and my cat! So I have plenty of time to pet sit and or walk pets. I will care for the pets in my client's home according to their exact specifications. About: I have raised dogs all of my life and I am a huge animal lover. Each animal I have had have always been rescues. I strongly believe in TLC for all pets. When you're away from home I will give all the love and pets to your furry friend. I love to walk dogs as it benefits both parties. Play time is incredibly important too. Without play time a pet can become restless and bored. I thoroughly enjoy playing fetch with dogs. I am promptly on time with potty breaks, feeding time, and any walking needs. Any request great or small will be done. I currently have a 11 year old male cat I raised from a kitten so I know cat's very well also. I have a flexible schedule to accommodate any and all pet needs a client may have. I do well with a detailed potty and feeding schedule. I send updates and pictures accordingly with feeding times and follow written instructions very well. I make sure family pets are kept to a standard routine so they feel right at home.

Golden Retrievers, Pitbulls, Maltese, Catahoula, Labs, and Frenchies are the dogs I grew up with and I have dog say many times over the years for a many other dog breeds. I love cuddling with the pups, taking them on walks, playing tug o war, throwing the ball, and letting them sleep on the couch and bed. I currently work full time, with the ability to work from home some days and always remote Thursday, Friday, and am home through the weekends. I have a fenced in backyard for the doggos and can take them on walks throughout the day around the neighborhood and to the two dog parks within the neighborhood.

I've always had a deep bond with them which has led people to trust me with their pets for significant periods of time. I've worked at a cat shelter and volunteered and spent lots of time with animals at the Humane Society, sometimes as a dog walker, other times just sitting with animals that were especially fearful or anxious and comforting them, like Greyhounds that had been rescued from dog tracks. Animals that have strong or negative reactions to people calm around me. I've stayed with cats who won't go near people, but come to me without calling them. I once had a roommate who, when I would say I needed to tell her something, would say, "Uh-oh, Monique, what kind of animal did you bring home this time?" As a filmmaker, I've also been involved in a web series that documented stories about rescue dogs in the UK and am a long-time vegan of over 3 decades. I have flexibility in my schedule and plenty of time to spend loving on your pets, showering them with attention, and seeing that their needs are taken care of with great love, joy, and warmth. For housesitting, I will stay at your home the entire time (unless you have a different preference). Most pet owners prefer this if they are going to be away for days or weeks at a time, especially for pets that aren't used to being alone for long. I have a lot of experience with special needs dogs and give extra attention and care for any ailments or health issues your pet may have. I'm an actor and entrepreneur, and work mostly from home (aka: wherever I am), so I will be with your pet day and night, other than to errands, have appointments, or when I have rehearsals. I always make sure your dogs have their regular walks (and/or let them out regularly, if there is a backyard). I'm able to spend significant amounts of time with your pets so they don't feel alone and will create an atmosphere of peace and safety. I genuinely love just being with animals. Daily exercise, play, and lots of attention no matter the time of day. You can also count on your home being well taken care of. I treat both your pets and your home as I would my own, which is to say gently and with great care. Sometimes on the first day/night of a petsit, dogs especially can get diarrhea. This is usually because they are feeling anxious as they adapt to a new person combined with anxiety at their owner being away. In my experience, this usually subsides by the second day when they relax and realize they're safe and in good hands.

About: I’ve owned pets my whole life, I fostered 12 puppies a couple years ago and have always had at least 3 dogs. My dream career is to be a Veterinarian and own a non-profit animal rescue. My friends have trusted me to come by and care of their dogs when away on vacation, but this would be my first time pet-sitting for Rover! SIDE NOTE (PLEASE READ): I will not be walking any dogs in 95+ degree weather without some sort of protection for their little paws. Protection and comfort is top priority!! I wish I had more photos but I tend to focus more on the animals than to get my phone out and take photos prior to Rover so my collection is small but i’ll be adding to it!) I do have a part-time job but it’s very flexible, and I will be able to adjust to your needs and personal schedules. I can assure any potential pet owners who are interested in my care for your dog or cat that they will be prioritized. I will not be doing any pet-sitting at my own house because I do own a reactive dog and one who’s a bit older, but they have a fenced yard with water accessible 24/7, home-cooked rice and chicken twice a week (they’re spoiled) a friends ranch nearby they go to for running and walks, and a toy box with all the toys they could dream of.
