1. Peter W.

“Peter is such a well-spoken, considerate, and accommodating young man. My dog immediately fell in love with him, and Peter offered the care I would've given if I were home-- and then some! Peter not only offers exemplary pet care, but also conducts himself in an organized and cleanly matter. You can be confident that he will keep your house in pristine condition. I didn't ask him to, but he vacuumed, took out the trash, and cleaned the dogs' water and food bowl. I would recommend Peter to anyone with pet needs because you can tell he cares about the work that he does. His rates are fair, he is open to negotiate, and you can count on him to respond. Peter has set the bar for pet care, and pet owners should never have to expect any less. He sends consistent updates, and spends quality time with your pet. Without a doubt, I will be booking with him in the future!”

2. Ayanna S.

“Tremendous love and care during Ayanna’s sitting of our home! Our pups loved being with Ayanna. She offers much love and care. She sitted at our home and pups got lots of play time and attention. We received pictures and updates every day. Ayanna also cleaned up the house and put fresh linens on our bed. We almost felt at home considering the connectivity she presents through all the pictures and message updates.”

3. Chelsea S.

“My dog Demi is an older girl and requires a little extra care given her age and Chelsea was great with meeting her needs! Chelsea updated me regularly and was respectful of my home and kept my space neat. I would definitely recommend”

4. Leah A.
“Leah is an outstanding pet sitter who did a wonderful job taking care of our Boxer Shepherd mix, Riley. She stayed in our home while we were away for 10 days so that Riley, a senior dog who gets anxious, would be able to be in the environment where he’s most comfortable. She was very attentive to his needs and took him on several walks every day. She provided regular updates and didn’t hesitate to ask if a question came up. Having Leah in charge made us feel very comfortable since we were out of the country. We will absolutely hire Leah again and could not recommend her more highly.”

5. Elizabeth S.

“Liz is absolutely fantastic! My dogs loved her and she went out of her way to ensure they were comfortable and happy while I was away! She even found an amazing channel called The Pet Collective that she put on for the pups and they loved it! I highly recommend her services, she is extremely friendly, professional and incredible with my pets! Thanks Liz! The fur babies and I will see you again soon!”

6. Ellie K.

“Ellie did a fantastic job caring for our dog while we were out for the evening. She sent updates on how he was doing throughout the night to keep our minds at ease, and she was extremely understanding and patient when he had an accident before we left. We highly recommend Ellie to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the area!”

7. Julia L.

“Julia is amazing - not only were our dogs happy and healthy, but she left our house better than when she found it! We will definitely be working with her again.”

8. Italia C.

“Italia was willing to help me on very short notice. She took excellent care of my two pups. It was clear that my pups adored her.”

9. Hannah K.
“I was roommates with Hannah while she fostered her first and second dog, Casey and Cupid, from the Charleston Animal Society. Despite her busy schedule, she did an excellent job taking care of both animals. Both dogs had visible (and smelly) anxiety about living in a new home, but Hannah was able to get them house trained and calm within just a few days.”

10. Wendy W.
“Wendy's pet care is truly wonderful! Her genuine love for animals shines through in every interaction, and she goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and happiness. I have complete trust in her abilities. Whether it's providing attentive care, administering medications, or simply offering a comforting presence, she handles every situation with utmost professionalism and compassion. Wendy's reliability is another aspect that sets her apart. She is consistently punctual and dependable, and she communicates effectively, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Her dedication to her work is evident, and she treats each pet as if it were her own. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable, caring, and attentive pet caregiver. She creates a safe and nurturing environment, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my pets are in her capable hands.”

11. Eric T.
“I have been fortunate to know Eric for over 40 years. He is patient, kind, reliable and honest. He will be an asset to you.”

12. Maggie D.

“Maggie is amazing! She was wonderful with my dog who was experiencing some behavioral issues. She also kept me updated throughout her stay and left the house very clean! I’ll definitely use her again!”

13. Sarah C.

“Sarah was an exceptional dog sitter. She took care of my 100 lb German Shepherd, Max, for a week. Max was well taken care of and when he got chewing gum stuck in his paw, Sarah took him to the Vet for quick treatment and removal of the potentially poisonous gum. She did this even though she probably was late for work as a result. I can’t thank her enough! I highly recommend Sarah to take care of your dog and house while you’re away.”

14. Micki S.

“Micki took excellent overnight care of our golden retriever. She was proactive and communicated well with us, bonded immediately with Leo and was highly responsible and responsive. We would absolutely call on Micki again and would highly recommend her to others!”

15. Eileen F.

“Eileen is literally a dream dog sitter! I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving my two dogs knowing they were in excellent hands. I genuinely think they miss her now that we are home. She is so kind, caring, and naturally an animal whisperer. Our dogs are normally a bit shy but they fell in love with her right away and were showering her with kisses and asking for belly rubs. While we were away she sent regular updates with photos and videos. She left our house spotless and we know the dogs can’t wait for us to leave town again so they can have her back. :)”

16. Anamaria F.
About: ❤️😻🐶❤️🐾I’ve been an animal lover my whole life!! I was a dog walker for one year, but there was too much driving involved everyday so I had to stop unfortunately. The pet sits I’ve done since then and now have been through close friends, not Rover, which may explain the little history I have on this app, but I have a lot more experience in real life. Thank you. I truly cherish any time that I get with a furry friend because they are so inherently loving and pure. I’m a fan of Ceasar Milan’s work and have learned a lot from him about animal communication and training. My best skill is being loving. I bring a calm and peaceful energy that works well with most animals. I can also be energetic and active if that is what is needed as well. I’m the person who might go to a party, but you’ll find me tucked away with the animals in the house hanging out with them instead! 😂 I’ve been a dog walker, and have sat for many different cats and dogs of my friends who unfortunately are not on Rover, but any one of them would vouch for me! I’m available most mornings and evenings because I’m working part time at 2 jobs that have varying and flexible schedules. I would love to sit for your pets on the weekends. And, if you are local to Albany, I can drop in several times during the day. I am respectful of each pet's and clients varying needs. Directions I will easily follow, and go above and beyond any way that I can! I being a loving and peaceful attitude to all environments I work in, you can believe your pet(s) will be in great hands..

17. Amulanga L.
“Thank you so much for walking my dog! It’s clear that you treat animals with care and love. My dog came back happy, energetic, yet calm and relaxed at home after the walk. I really appreciated that you took your time, didn’t rush, and let him run and play. It was also great that you provided updates with photos and videos. I will definitely reach out again!”

18. Alyssa M.

“Alyssa is fantastic. She is incredibly professional and communicative, and took great care of my boys. I had to find a new dog sitter after our former sitter moved away, and I have to admit I was very nervous, but Alyssa made me feel very reassured that my dogs would be taken care of. I honestly wasn’t worried about them during our trip, and they were happy and healthy, and my house was beautiful when we got back. I will definitely be working with Alyssa again in the future.”

19. Rachel P.
“Rachel is the biggest animal lover there is around! Not only is she amazing with my dog (pug) I’ve seen her with other dogs and cats as well! She is liable, flexible, responsible and professional to deal with. I would recommend her to everyone!”

20. Saeun Y.

“Saeun stayed overnight with my 6 months puppy, usually he is very shy and not trusting but with Saeun felt very good and comfortable !!! She paid a lot of attention to him !!! Saeun is a very nice and responsible person . I will definitely take her again !!!!”
