Michaelangelo sent us pictures and updates every day, which really helped us feel comfortable knowing Walter was doing well. He was also very quick to respond anytime I had a question. New City is well known for low crime and safety thanks to it's most reliable law enforcement and emergency services. “I’m a first time Rover user and Omar went above and beyond to make everything super easy. I had to head out of town kind of last minute and needed boarding for my Pitbull Border Collie mix, Sage. We met up beforehand so he could meet her and I could meet him, and I really can’t say enough good things. Omar made me feel at ease right away and was great with Sage. She was instantly comfortable around him. When I dropped her off she didn’t even look back at me, which honestly says it all. He sent daily updates with pictures and videos, and was always on time for drop off and pickup. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Omar again. 🐐”
