Michaelangelo said yes without hesitation, which we really appreciated. He has two Pomeranians of his own and a great fenced-in yard where Walter could run around and get all of his energy out. Michaelangelo sent us pictures and updates every day, which really helped us feel comfortable knowing Walter was doing well. He was also very quick to respond anytime I had a question. He also explained his backup care system in case of an emergency, something I really appreciated. Throughout Miranda’s stay, Robert communicated regularly and sent adorable photos that reassured me she was happy and well cared for. His home has a fenced outdoor area where she was able to socialize safely with other dogs, and she clearly enjoyed her time there. I would definitely leave my dog with Robert again. “Cathy is calm, friendly, caring, and down-to-earth. She watched my 3-year-old Yorkie, Coletta, for a day and I could tell she really cares about dogs (and people). When I arrived at Cathy's home, she greeted Coletta and I with a warm smile and a welcome to her home. Spice and Cinnamon were in their crates at first so Coletta could smell, run around, and get used to Cathy's home. Gradually, Spice and Cinnamon were let out of their crate to meet Coletta. They were friendly and nice to Coletta. Everyone played well together. I left Coletta in good hands. Cathy's home has lots of gates for safety and a beautiful fenced in back yard; even wee-wee pads just in case! After a few hours, Cathy sent me a picture of Coletta lounging on her soft mat, completely content. I wanted Coletta to have a good experience in someone's home and to be able to play with other dogs and she did. Coletta will be coming back many more times!!! Thank you, Cathy.”

“I am loathe to spread the word about this great host, but Jennifer, James, and Seamus were the perfect caregivers for our dog Evelyn. We met the crew the night before and were very comfortable because of the knowledge that Jennifer had about dog behavior. She watched our dog closely to see how she would interact with Seamus and handled both dogs really well. Seamus was very interested in our dog, Evelyn. After a little bit Seamus and Evelyn calmed down and it became clear that they would become good compatriots in their adventures around Brooklyn. When we dropped Evelyn off first thing in the morning, James appeared to be baking dog treats. Let me repeat that, the dog sitter appeared to be baking dog treats when we dropped our dog off. They were undoubtedly organic. Our New York cynicism was demolished by the hospitality that they showed Evelyn. Jennifer sent us numerous pictures of their exploits. Upon return we picked Evelyn up and she looked completely at home in their house. She wouldn't have wanted to leave except for the fact that she knew that doorman would give her a treat on the way out the door. When Evelyn got back to our apartment she looked totally comfortable and tired from a great weekend with Jennifer, James & Seamus. I would highly recommend this host.”
