A typical day
I love to take long walks and will take them where the owner says the animals are comfortable and familiar with. I am happy to take them in my car to a park.

Excellent Loving Pet Care

I am very loving, calm and have lived on farms and been around and cared for a lot of animals - horses, goats, dogs, cats, tropical birds, chickens, peacocks, etc... Right now, I am only available to sit in people's homes or do drop in visits. I watch one family's animals at a time and will be a presence in your home - getting your mail and packages, watering plants, addressing emergencies, dealing with workers if needed, taking out garbage and recycling, etc.. I love to take hikes with dogs and am good with and will make sure your animals get regular exercise, attention and fun. I am good with all kinds of animals. Am a former pet and child photographer and will take cute pics of your pets and send them to you regularly. Being a creative professional, I work mostly from home, so your pet will have lots of companionship and care. Your pet will be my best friend while we are together. We will have fun! You CAN teach an old dog new tricks by just loving them just the way they are. I am very good with traumatized animals and provide incredible love, care and support to give them a safe place and to help alleviate their anxiety : )) I can give medications and also do EFT (meridian tapping) for animals (and people!). This is a calming and healing technique that can naturally calm your pet. I eat very healthy organic food and use all natural ingredients and will do so when staying at your home.

Julia was amazing with our dog who is very anxious. We left her with Julia for 5 days and we were very satisfied. She sent daily pictures and updates. Our dog is 11 years old and has separation anxiety, Julia was great keeping her calm. We will definitely ask her again to take care of our pet.
Julia was very attentive to our elderly dog Esther. She sent pictures regularly to reassure us Esther was doing well. By her working from home Esther was never alone for long. Julia was respectful to our home and was in regualr communication. We will happily use Julia again.
I wish I could give Julia 100 stars! She took amazing care of Penny and our home. She is neat, thoughtful and treated our home and Penny as her own. She took adorable pics of her and sent daily updates. She also noticed a town water shutoff and alerted us right away. We were able to truly enjoy our vacation knowing everything safe at home.
Julia is wonderful with our pets, she sends us beautiful pictures every so oftenwhile we are gone. She is trustworthy and the dogs are very calm when we come home. I recommend Julia highly.
