About: As an owner of five dogs myself, of different breeds, temperaments and ages, I am comfortable and confident in my care taking. As a veterinary professional, I have a clinical background that allows me the knowledge to care for pets in the best way. I am also fear-free elite certified, which means I use gentle handling techniques ideal for reducing stress and building trust. I have morning, afternoon, and evening times available. Morning or afternoon typically work best for me and I prefer to have a set schedule when possible. I am a detail oriented professional who always has my eye on pets in my care and prides myself in making things both safe and comfortable for them.

“Jacob was simply awesome. Our pups were well cared for and got along extremely well with him. I will definitely reach out to him for future needs and do recommend him for anyone else.”

About: My name is Katie and I am a doctoral student studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am hoping to start up a non-profit senior dog rescue sanctuary in the near future. I have loved dogs since I was a baby. I grew up with all kind of dogs from Irish Setter to Gordon Settler to Lab to Cocker Spaniels. Now I’m raising 5 years old border collie and 3 years old black lab. I am usually free in late afternoons, evenings and on the weekends. I do also work from home and can adjust my schedule a little bit if you need me during the day. When I’m not in school or working, I enjoys reading, walking and geeking out at the museums. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you have questions. I look forward to hear from you! During the weekdays, I usually take dogs out for potty every two to three hours and I would take them out for a walk in morning, during lunch break, and in evening. I usually give two meals a day (morning and evening) and set a time aside to play with them. I live in a house and have two friendly dogs that can play with your puppy. I also have a crate in case your dog needs to be crated. My home also has a huge backyard for the dogs to play in. For safety reasons, I prefer to supervise the dogs while they are in the backyard.

“We recently had the pleasure of leaving our pup, Bella, in the care of Alexis while we were on vacation and we couldn’t be more grateful. Alexis went above and beyond, taking Bella on walks and handling her hyperactive personality with patience, care, and a genuine love for animals. It’s always nerve wracking leaving your pet behind, but Alexis made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowedlege and attentive dog sitter, Alexis is the one!”

Picture Rocks cat parents share their Rover experiences
Elena was great. She liked the cat and the cat liked her. What more could I ask? My cat is only seven years old, however, not 17! I'll be setting up another appointment later. I'm not crazy about being billed before the appointment takes place, but I can live with it, I guess. All in all, I'm happy with the service, and so is Cuddles. He doesn't even know he got his nails cut, I don't think.

Sienna always outdoes herself each and every time!! She took amazing care of our 2 kitties and was extremely understanding when we needed to pop back by the house when she was there to drop off wedding decor. We feel honored to know that someone as amazing as her is looking over our babies while we’re away!
