Brandy S went above and beyond to take care of our cat, Freddie. When we got home Freddie was calm and happy. To be honest he is usually aggravated with us for leaving him. Not this time! Thanks Brandy!

About: Hi there! I am a local pet sitter dedicated to full-time pet care across Jackson County. I treat pet sitting as a real business, which means my clients get complete reliability and absolute professionalism. I have flexible availability 7 days a week. Your pets will never be left alone for hours on end; they will have my undivided attention, companionship, and care. Having grown up around dogs and cats my entire life, I am highly experienced in maintaining strict feeding schedules, tracking bathroom routines, and providing proper exercise. I specialize in overnight house sitting, keeping your pets stress-free in their normal home environment while you travel. Expect daily photo updates, excellent communication, and total peace of mind! I have completely open, 24/7 availability every single day of the week, Monday through Sunday. My primary operational windows are perfectly set up for busy schedules: Anytime during early morning and from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (ideal for mid-day dog walks and lunchtime potty breaks while you are at work) and from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (perfect for evening drop-ins, dinner feedings, and overnight house sitting.) Because pet care is my full-time focus, I am highly flexible, accommodate last-minute bookings easily, and will always be there exactly when your pet needs me. Your pet’s safety and the security of your home are my absolute highest priorities. Because I specialize in care directly inside your house, I treat your property with the utmost respect, discretion, and care. During overnight house sittings or drop-ins, I follow a strict safety protocol: I double-check that all doors and windows are locked, keep your home exactly as clean as I found it, and ensure your pet stays strictly on their familiar routine to prevent any anxiety. When we are out on walks, your dog will always be securely leashed, and I stay 100% focused on their surroundings, avoiding interactions with unknown animals to keep them completely safe. I am fully backed by Rover’s background check and premium insurance, and I provide continuous photo and text updates so you never have to worry about what is happening at home.

Eliza was great with my senior corgi who has serious health problems. She was patient and concerned about Bobby. She worked with him to find what he would eat and kept me apprised of his condition. It was a relief to have such a reliable sitter when I had to go to Portland for surgery. She was also flexible with the end date when I had to extend my stay,

About: I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting for many different dogs over the years. When I was 11, my family adopted a large Border Collie puppy, and I was very active in the responsibilities needed for a puppy with that much energy. Over time, I’ve enjoyed pet sitting because different dogs, especially by breed have different personalities and maintenances that are unique. I’m active and able to walk/do activities with dogs, but through experience not all dogs need that, and L’m excited to meet new pups! I’ve had significant experience with: collies, huskies, chihuahuas, rat terriers, labs, doodle mixes, and mixed recuse dogs! I work part time, but I am also a college student-athlete! In the summers and late spring my schedule is almost completely clear! In the school year I do not work, but I have certain times blocked off for practice. I am available by phone almost all hours of the day! Whether I am in my own home, a clients home, or the public, I only want to ensure that the animal I am with feels safe and all its needs are met. I want the pet to have a good time and feel comfortable with me. In terms of environment I think being neat and clean is very important for both the pet and myself. When mealtimes come, I make all my animals sit or wait patiently until the food is ready and I am not mean, but I do encourage good behavior at all times and try to get the pet to practice small trainings or commands when appropriate.

About: My name is Robyn. I’m energetic, athletic, and love pets. I am looking for a flexible way to supplement my income. I have plenty of experience with dogs and have reliable transportation. I am available on short notice and will have very flexible hours in June, July, and August. I am open to sitting dogs of all shapes and sizes and can accommodate the pet’s needs by providing your pets with medication and taking your pet for a walk as well as responding to any other need that may arise. I hope that you’ll trust me to take care of your precious furry friends! I’m am very flexible and available on the weekends - especially holiday weekends. During the weekdays, I am at work from 8am to 4pm and home in the evenings. However, my schedule is much more flexible during the summer months. I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly and playful dog (Jimmie) who can keep your pet company. I will give your dog a lot of love and attention!

Camilla was a godsend. I arranged her to relieve a cousin who was suddenly stuck w her partner in the ICU and no-one to watch her dog-child, Gracie. Camilla swooped in and then again on a moment's notice to take Gracie, a very strong german shepherd, and bring peace to a tough situation. Camilla was quick to respond, kind & an amazing dog handler. She also sent me photo's so i could breathe a sigh of relief from afar. I would trust Camilla with anything/anyone.

About: I have over 14 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. My background includes lifelong pet ownership, kennel work, veterinary shadowing, and professional pet sitting through Rover. I am comfortable caring for energetic puppies, senior pets, dogs requiring medications (including oral and injectable medications), and pets with special routines or needs. My goal is to provide a calm, structured home where every pet feels safe and comfortable. I understand that every dog is different—some love to play, while others simply want a quiet place to relax. I tailor each stay to your pet's personality, energy level, and routine whenever possible. Safety is one of my highest priorities. I carefully supervise introductions, monitor body language and stress signals, and use separate spaces, baby gates, and crates (when appropriate or requested) to ensure every pet has a positive experience. I believe thoughtful planning and honest communication create the best boarding experience for both pets and their owners. My husband Andrew and I work together to provide attentive care, which means there are two experienced adults available for walks, playtime, supervised introductions, potty breaks, medication administration, and lots of affection. I don't believe every dog is the right fit for every environment—and that's okay. My goal is to ensure every booking is the right fit so every pet can have the safest, happiest, and least stressful experience possible. Whether your pet is staying overnight, spending the day while you're exploring Southern Oregon, or simply needs a safe place to relax while you're out to dinner or attending an event, I strive to treat every guest like a member of our own family. Every pet has their own routine, and I do my best to maintain it while they're in my care. Whether your pet enjoys active play, leisurely walks, or simply lounging nearby, I tailor each day to their individual personality and energy level. I currently work part-time outside the home, but my schedule is intentionally arranged around pet care. Throughout the day, your pet will receive regular potty breaks, supervised playtime, enrichment, exercise, plenty of affection, and opportunities to rest. I also provide regular photo and message updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is doing well. Your pet's safety and comfort are my highest priorities. I provide care in a calm, home environment with a fully fenced backyard, baby gates for flexible separation when needed, and thoughtful introductions between dogs. I believe every pet deserves an environment that matches their personality. Some dogs enjoy having a playmate, while others are happiest relaxing on their own—and that's perfectly okay. Our resident pets include: • Benny, our friendly German Shepherd/Border Collie mix, who enjoys meeting new dogs but understands that not every guest wants to play. • Cricket, our tiny 6-pound Chihuahua mix, who generally prefers to quietly observe from a distance. Every once in a while he'll decide another dog is his new best friend—and if that happens, they've definitely won the lottery! Because every pet is different, I supervise interactions closely and adjust the environment to help everyone feel comfortable. My goal is never to force interactions, but to create a positive, low-stress experience for every guest. For first-time boarding and daycare guests—particularly larger dogs or adolescent puppies—I may recommend a Meet & Greet beforehand to ensure my home is the best fit for everyone.

About: Grew up w/ small dogs and cats! All have been my favorite.😫 From bottle feeding week-old kittens to park-day trips, administering medication and probiotics. Baths for the pups are no problem, too! I am free twice a day at minimum for daily drops ins with optional extended bonding and play time, as well as weekend house sitting where your fur baby will be attended to for the remainder of the night! 🐾🐈🫶🏼 I use a baby gate as a “keep-out” tool if needed to be utilized in a specific area of your home. A provided crate for dogs that are destructive when left alone or in general would be appreciated!

About: Hi I’m Victoria! I consider myself an animal lover who’s grown up around cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bunnies, fish, lizards, and more! I currently have one cat, Theo, who I consider my baby. I'm the go to person among friends and family for pet care, and I have a special love for senior pets, enjoying lounging around with them all day. Whether it's walks, treats, baths, or simply keeping them company, I find joy in creating a comfy environment for these furry buddies, seeing their happiness in tail wags and purrs. I am currently unemployed but starting nursing school in the fall, so my schedule is flexible and open! I currently have open availability, as I am not working. I am open minded and up for any challenge! Please reach out to me if you have any questions. :) I am familiar with creating a safe and fun space for your fur babies to enjoy. They will be pampered and cared for as if they were my own.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Phoenix. On Rover:

  • 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 93% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
