Anika took care of my golden retriever, Baron, over the weekend while I was out of town. Baron and I met her before our trip and I could tell that my dog was immediately at ease in her home. The house is very clean and cute and Anika and her family are warm and welcoming. There is a fenced in front yard with grass for Baron to play and get some exercise. About: I have been house sitting for coworkers and family since I was 15 years old, and I adore it! I love all types of pets, and have taken care of both cats and dogs. I also raised a 10 week old puppy who is 5 years old now, and he’s very well behaved with no bad behaviors. I am a full time university student, but when spending time taking care of someone’s pet, I do take care to disclose my class schedule. I would do best for pets that are okay being alone for 5-7 hours at a time, as I have some back-to-back classes that I can’t miss. Their routine is important to me as well as giving them all the love I can while you are away. I am currently working part-time and have plenty of time and flexibility to play with and love on your pet! I know how I felt when leaving my animals and don’t want you to have that uncertainty. When I come to your home to walk, stay with or care for your dog, his/her routine and comfort are most important to me. I know they will miss you but hope I can give them joy like a grandmother does for grandchildren.

“It's kind of a big deal to leave your pet with a stranger. I am so happy to report that I now have a trusted person to give love to my dog when I have to go away for work. Anika took care of my golden retriever, Baron, over the weekend while I was out of town. Baron and I met her before our trip and I could tell that my dog was immediately at ease in her home. The house is very clean and cute and Anika and her family are warm and welcoming. There is a fenced in front yard with grass for Baron to play and get some exercise. I missed my pup so Anika even texted pictures over the weekend when she took him for walks. I will happily use Anika again the next time I need day or night care for Baron! Definitely recommend.”

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and have had my fair share of dog sitting experience for friends, neighbors and in addition to babysitting (which is a challenge in itself). I’ve grown up around dogs and cats and would love to help in any way I can! I’m currently working a 48/96 schedule so I have consistent rotating days but am available most week days for extra help or on some weekends! I have an apartment within walking distance to parks and am on the first level so it is easily accessible for older pups. I don’t have a fenced yard.
About: Ever since I was little I’ve helped out with the care of my own family pets and our neighbors and friends as well. I have always LOVED animals and I’ve never found a cat or dog that doesn’t like me. In my past I’ve been in charge of walking and exercising dogs, feeding and watering dogs, and providing an abundance of love! As of now I just graduated college and spent a month abroad in Europe. I am looking for part time work and my schedule is completely open (: I live in an all adult household on 6 acres of land. There are fenced areas where your animal could roam safety, and in the non fenced areas, I’m happy to keep your fur baby on leash and prevent any accidents.
