“Daniela is so sweet and kind. My dog got along great with her sweet doggy (and other visiting pals) and he had lots of fun at her house for a week! Daniela sent so many wonderful photos and updates and I was so at ease knowing he got such great care - so much love and attention!”

“Jordan was awesome! He watched our pup, Hammer and sent pictures and videos every day! He fit right in with the pack from what it sounds/looks like. We will definitely use Jordan again!!”

“Jen was an awesome sitter for our sweet Golden, Captain. She was welcoming and kind from the start and I could tell how much she loves her Labs and felt a kinship that Captain would be welcomed into the retriever pack! Although I was nervous because he hasn’t really been around kitties, he ended up doing fine and Jen assured me he adjusted well and she sent great updates and photos while we were away! I highly recommend Jen!”

“It's kind of a big deal to leave your pet with a stranger. I am so happy to report that I now have a trusted person to give love to my dog when I have to go away for work. Anika took care of my golden retriever, Baron, over the weekend while I was out of town. Baron and I met her before our trip and I could tell that my dog was immediately at ease in her home. The house is very clean and cute and Anika and her family are warm and welcoming. There is a fenced in front yard with grass for Baron to play and get some exercise. I missed my pup so Anika even texted pictures over the weekend when she took him for walks. I will happily use Anika again the next time I need day or night care for Baron! Definitely recommend.”
“Thanks for caring for Ruffles while we were away. I know she enjoyed your beautiful yard, and having Daphne for company. Getting a photo every day was very reassuring, especially seeing her sleeping at your feet! We look forward to staying with you in the future!”

“Jennifer did a great job of taking care of our high energy pup Tucker! He came home happy and was tired which is unusual for him! We were happy to have her watching him for a weekend getaway and will use her services again in the future as needed.”

“Adrienne went above and beyond for my dog Rosa. It was greatly appreciated while I had to go out of town. Adrienne sent lots of photos and was very communicative throughout Rosa’s stay. It was very clear that Rosa felt at home and had a good stay with Adrienne and her two dogs! I’d definitely have Rosa stay with Adrienne again!”

“Serena and her family did an excellent job taking care of our 4 month old puppy. She was given lots of attention and walks each day. And the update messages and pictures were a great way of keeping in touch during our first time away from this new member of our family. Thank you for making us feel comfortable with our choice of sitter!”

About: I have have multiple years of caring for people's pets. I was a professional housekeeper with my own business for over 20 years and also cared for their animals when they were away. I have been a long time pet owner myself and recently my fur babies passed away. I am looking to earn a little extra income as a senior while enjoying the company of animals. I am a senior and I am retired. Recently my fur babies passed away and I am looking to supplement my income while caring for people's pets. I really miss having animals in my home. I live in a senior mobile home park and I have a fenced in yard. I make sure that animals are safe, fed watered, walked and get plenty of potty breaks. They will get lots of love. I keep the yard clear of poop so that their environment is healthy for them.
“Heather was absolutely amazing with Biggie and Peaches! She made them feel at home. Also took time to accommodate to their schedule. Will definitely be calling her again for Biggie and Peaches.”

“Julianne and Ragen let Milo into the center of their lives for ten days while I traveled. He got lots of lap time, snuggles, treats, walks, and got to sleep on their bed, which made him comfortable when I couldn't be with him. They noticed a scabby wound and messaged, asking my permission to treat it; it healed well. Daily, I got a report on Milo; many days a pic, too. This was only the second time I was away from him this long. I was privileged to feel he was so safe and loved. It let me enjoy my trip without worry. Julianne and Ragen have had their own small dogs. They knew how to care for Milo and did it well!”
“Our dog had an unexpected medical issue right before we left town and required medication and a cone while we were gone. Nate was communicative and sent me a photo every day. Our guy was healthy and seemed happy when we got home.”

“Kyndra was great, she kept in touch and sent photos daily. She even made Stitch his own spot in her office so he could keep her company while she worked. She also wasn’t afraid to offer feedback and suggestions for future sittings/sitters. Thanks Kyndra 🩷”

About: Hi! I’m Laura, and I would love to care for your furry family members while you’re away. Animals have always held a special place in my heart. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, getting to know their personalities, and making them feel safe, loved, and at home. Whether your dog loves long walks and adventures or prefers cuddles and a cozy place to nap, I do my best to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I work primarily from home, which allows me to spend a lot of time with the pets in my care. I also have a small postpartum care business and occasionally visit clients, but those visits are typically short. I am rarely away from home for more than 3 hours at a time, so your pet will receive plenty of companionship and attention throughout the day. Dogs in my care enjoy daily walks, park visits, playtime, and lots of affection. Whenever possible, they come along with me on pet-friendly errands and outings, becoming part of my daily routine rather than simply being boarded. Many of my days revolve around the pets I’m caring for, and I genuinely enjoy having them by my side. I accept only one family’s pet at a time so that each pet receives plenty of individualized attention, affection, and companionship. My goal is for your pet to feel relaxed, happy, and loved while you’re away. I share my home with my sweet Maltese, Bella. She is small, friendly, and used to being around other dogs. If you are interested in house sitting, I would need to bring Bella with me, provided your pet is comfortable with other dogs and you are comfortable with the arrangement. Otherwise, I am happy to welcome your pet into my home where they can enjoy a safe, loving environment with lots of attention and care. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I provide regular updates, photos and videos for peace of mind. There is nothing better than seeing a pet settle in, trust me, and start feeling completely at home. I treat every animal as if they were my own and would be honored to care for yours. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I work primarily from home, which allows me to spend most of my day with the pets in my care. I also run a small postpartum care business and occasionally visit clients, but those visits are typically short, and I am rarely away from home for more than 3 hours at a time. My days are structured around making sure the animals in my care receive plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and affection. Dogs enjoy regular potty breaks, daily walks, park visits, playtime, and lots of one-on-one interaction throughout the day. Whenever appropriate, they may also join me on pet-friendly errands and outings. In the evenings, I enjoy relaxing at home, which means plenty of cuddle time and companionship for pets who enjoy being close to their people. Because I intentionally keep the number of pets I care for limited, I am able to give each animal individualized attention and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so it doesn’t feel like a job—it feels like having additional furry family members in my home. I strive to make pets feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, whether they are staying in my home or I am caring for them in yours. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and personality so I can provide care that feels familiar and consistent. In my home, pets receive plenty of supervision, affection, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. I have a securely fenced yard for potty breaks and outdoor time, and dogs enjoy daily walks, park visits, playtime, and lots of opportunities to relax and feel at home. My small Maltese, Bella, is friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), playtime, and bedtime routines. My goal is to keep their environment as stress-free and familiar as possible while you’re away. I provide regular updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy, and well cared for. Every pet receives lots of love, attention, and individualized care while they are with me.

Many sitters in OR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
