I am a working professional who has lived with dogs all my life. When I was at the age to take care of one, I went to the rescue center without any hesitation. Dogs mean a lot to me, and some could defend that I am more of a dog person than a people person (but I am a good people person too :) ). I live in a house with a back yard with a tall fence that is great for any dog to sniff around and do dog stuff. Inside, they can enjoy the air conditioned space, and enough room to run up and down the hallways. My work schedule allows me to be flexible, where I can come back home at any time within ten minutes on the weekdays. I am generally open and flexible on the weekends, where I can either stay at home, or go off adventuring with the dogs. I will work to the needs of the dogs, and luckily live walking distance to a dog park and large open spaces. I honor the requests of the owner, such as no dogs on couches, or specific feeding rituals. I have been around some unruly dogs, and am able to adapt to their behavior. For dogs that need a safe, enclosed space, I have a dog crate and lots of dog blankets. My house also comes equipped to handle those wonderful dog messes.
