Cat Sitting in Pescadero

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and exotic animals for families and neighbors for over 8 years. This ranges from home check-ins, trips to the vet, and overnight pet sitting. I have two cats at home and share custody of an English lab with my ex-boyfriend. New graduate in between jobs. Availability for the month of May/June is open. I do my best to accommodate all hours and needs for clients. I understand that a pet's home and environment are crucial. At home, I make sure my cats always have access to their food and water, litter boxes, and places for them to lounge :)

“Taryn was awesome! We were traveling to Pescadero for the day, with my daughter, son in-law and grandpuppies, but didn't want to leave them in the car while we had lunch and walked the town. Taryn met us at the restaurant and took the dogs to a nearby play area. She was on time, professional, and so caring with the pups. There human mommy was nervous to leave them, but felt comfortable with Taryn. We had a relaxing lunch, and the pooches came back happy and tired! Thanks Taryn for your professionalism, it added so much to our special day.”

About: Ive spent my entire young life with animals of all shapes and sizes from horses to birds to many different breeds of dogs and cats. I walked many neighborhood dogs all four years of middle school, worked at Bow Wow Meow for some time in highschool, and Smilin Dogs just a few years back. A few of the things i took care of while there; bathing and nail trims, caring for 20+ dogs at a time with light training, feeding on a schedule and putting dogs down for naps or bedtime. “Bennett was a wonderful cat-visitor. We gave him a bit of a challenge, trying to get our cat Tony to eat his medication. Bennett had to win Tony's trust first, and that took just a couple of days (note: the medication was not something that would cause serious side-effects if not delivered daily).Before long, Tony was following Bennett around the house and playing with an interactive cat toy with him, and allowing Bennett to pet him. Our second cat, Max, has always been a shy one. Bennett did see him a number of times, but was unable to interact with them. Bennett was definitely organized and timely! He sent photos daily, updated the "meds" situation, was a super litter scooper, etc. Both boys are looking great, no one missed any meals, for sure. We would hire Bennett again, any time we are out of town.”

Constant Care – $350/night Pup cannot be left alone at all – 24/7 supervision. Best for high-needs dogs, seniors, post-surgery recovery, or severe anxiety cases. If your pet needs early morning walks, overnight care, or any specific requests I am happy to fit that into my routine to provide the best care for your pets. About: Hello my name is Stephanie! :) I have owned dogs and pets my whole life (dogs, guinea pigs, and bunnies) and absolutely love them. I have a goldendoodle who is 3 years old and is super friendly with new friends. I work remotely so I am available over the week and weekends for overnight boarding and day care. I would love to work with reoccurring families so that I can really build relationships with your furry friend. I am a very outdoorsy person and love to take dogs out on adventures to dog parks, hikes, or for long walks. I can't wait to meet you and have fun with your pet! I work remote and have a flexible schedule over the week so I will be able to spend all day with your best friend and give them all the love and attention they need while you are away! Your pup will be going on tons of walks throughout the day! I would prefer to watch your pet in my own home but am also open to pet sitting and can make arrangements to visit your pet.
