“Rowan was absolutely everything we were looking for and she definitely delivered!! We needed her to check in on our cat 2 days while we were away. She fed him, played with him using multiple methods and toys, gave him a ton of attention and mental stimulation and made sure to send us the cutest pictures ever! We highly recommend booking with her. You can depend on Rowan for high quality care!”

About: For 18 years I have cared for my own dogs and dog sat for friends and family. I worked at a vet clinic for 4 years ending 13 years ago. Familiar with many breeds and comfortable with them as well. I currently working full time but my husband works from home completely so we always have a person around, including my kids who are great care takers. I work from home usually a day or two. I have a 6 foot fence and 2 friendly dogs to keep your furbaby company. No other pets are in the home. We are great with giving meds and love to all animals.
“Michelle was wonderful! She sent lots of photos and detailed updates, which gave me great peace of mind. My cat can be a little shy sometimes, but she absolutely loved Michelle! I highly recommend her and would happily book with her again”

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats being a part of my family since I was a kid who enjoyed giving extra treats to my grandmother's Chow Chow! I have experience with dog walking and pet sitting for friends and family. I have a pretty open weekly schedule as I am currently between jobs. I also have reliable transportation so getting to your pets will be no problem! I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet feels safe and welcome in my company. If this means extra belly rubs or treats, then I can make that happen!
About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have experience caring for pets for family, friends, and neighbors. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, giving lots of attention, and sticking to routines. I’m patient, dependable, and love making pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I also have experience with puppies, energetic dogs, and keeping pets active and happy. I’m currently home from college for the summer, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets. I’m available during weekdays and weekends for walks, and drop- ins. I’m very reliable and can work around most schedules. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always make sure pets are supervised, secure, and cared for like they are my own. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, and any special needs to help pets feel comfortable and stress-free. I’m responsible, trustworthy, and will always keep owners updated while their pets are in my care.
“Kim was amazing!!!! My elderly dog who had diabetes, one eye, enlarged heart and cough needs special tlc. My mother in law who stays with my Romeo has Parkinson’s so it’s difficult for her to give the insulin. Kim came every morning and evening to help with my cuddle boy and she was really amazing with his grouchy old man attitude and helped my mother in law over the Easter Holiday. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my trip away with my daughter if it weren’t for Kim helping us out. She is wonderful, without a doubt.”

“First time we have ever used this Service and Alexandria was perfect. Great pictures, notifications and updates were clear and the stress of leaving our dog at home and as gone!”

“Allison was great with our dog and two cats! She sent lots of pictures and detailed updates after each visit. Our dog has lots of energy and she went above and beyond to play and spend time with him and we would absolutely trust her to watch all of them again.”

About: Reliable, Attentive Care — I Treat Your Pets Like Family Hi, I’m Stacey. I’m new to Rover, but not new to caring deeply and responsibly for dogs. I recently lost my own dog after many years, and that experience reinforced how important patience, comfort, and dependable care truly are. I understand how hard it can be to trust someone with a pet you love. I follow routines closely, take instructions seriously, and pay attention to the small details that help pets feel safe and secure. I’m especially patient with senior dogs, anxious pets, or dogs who need a calm, steady presence. I provide regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is in good hands. Schedule availability: Currently, my availability is during weekday (elementary) school hours (8am - 2pm), ensuring dedicated attention for each visit giving focus and unrushed care. For walks and drop-in visits, I follow each pet’s routine and instructions closely. I ensure leashes, doors, and gates are secure, monitor behavior and comfort, and give calm, attentive care. I respect my clients’ homes and provide clear updates and photos after every visit.
“Nicole took amazing care of our senior pups. I usually worry so much when I have to leave them but felt very comfortable that she would take good care of them. She was on time for all of the drop ins we had scheduled, sent us pictures and took good care of my girls. I will definitely use Nicole again and would recommend her to others.”

“Alexia is a Great Pet Sitter, she helped Rako out for 9 days, with our return He was Given Food and Water, and there was no mess. I love how she took care of his pads. Great Young Lady to hire.”

About: I have been around dogs for most of my life and have helped take care of my own dogs for the past 8 years. I have also watched dogs for friends, family, and neighbors whenever they needed help. I’m comfortable feeding dogs, taking them on walks, playing with them, keeping them active, and making sure they feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I understand that every dog has a different personality and routine, so I always make sure to give them the attention and patience they need. Whether it’s playing outside, relaxing, or just keeping them company, I enjoy making sure pets are happy and comfortable. I currently have a flexible schedule and have plenty of time to help care for pets. I am available throughout the week and will always make sure I give each dog enough time, attention, exercise, and care. Whether it is walks, feeding, playing, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure their routine is followed. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, so I always do my best to make sure they are comfortable and taken care of. When caring for pets, I follow their normal routine and give them the same care and attention that I give my own dogs. I always keep feeding schedules on time, give them plenty of play time outside, and make sure they get the attention they need throughout the day. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks and on trails so they can get exercise and explore. I pay attention to the little things too, like cleaning their paws if they get dirty outside before coming back into the house. Overall, my goal is to make every pet feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owner is away.
“Chelsea is so sweet and sent pictures for every check in. My 2 cats were often hiding but she stayed for a bit and always sent good updates! I am always nervous about leaving them when we travel but Chelsea made me feel so much better about it. Will definitely rebook when we travel again.”

About: Hi, I'm Brooke, your pet's new favorite human! I have plenty of hands on experience caring for pets, from the basics like feeding, fresh water, walks and playtime to making sure they feel comfortable, safe and loved while their humans are away. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so being around them and taking care of them has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve also pet sat for friends and family, which has given me experience with all kinds of pups; different sizes, personalities and energy levels. From playful, energetic dogs that love long walks and games of fetch to the more relaxed cuddle on the couch types, I truly enjoy spending time with them all. I’ve also cared for senior dogs, including ones with seizure conditions, so I’m comfortable staying calm, keeping a close eye on things and handling situations that require a little extra care. Giving medications doesn’t scare me either, I’m very used to it. I’m actually a pharmacy technician, so there’s a pretty good chance I may have even helped prepare your pet’s prescription before… small world! I also have experience taking care of cats, so I’m happy to care for your feline friends too. Whether they’re playful and curious or more independent and laid back, I make sure they get the attention, care and comfort they need while you’re away. I’d love the chance to get to know your pet and make sure they have a fun, safe and stress free time while you’re away! Right now my availability is very flexible, so I’m happy to work with your schedule and your pet’s routine. I know how important it is to trust the person taking care of your pet, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. My goal is always to make sure they feel comfortable, safe and happy while you’re away. Whether that means sticking closely to their normal routine, giving them plenty of playtime, going on walks, or just making sure they get lots of attention and love, I’ll always do my best to meet each pet’s individual needs.

About: I have hands-on experience caring for pets in different life stages. I have been the primary caregiver for my own dog since he was 45 days old, and he is now 5 years old. This has given me experience with puppy care, daily routines, training support, and long-term health and behavior needs. Before that, I lived with my family and helped care for multiple animals in the household, including 2 dogs and 7 cats. I was involved in feeding, cleaning, supervising, and making sure all pets were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I truly enjoy being around animals and always treat them with patience, love, and responsibility. “Alyssa is so kind and quickly became one of Oliver's favorite people! She's responsive and communicative and I never had any concerns or worries for Oliver's care while she was with him.”

“Jazmin has been highly communicative, very proactive, and sent me a lot of photos of the fur babies, which put me at great ease. She’s also been very punctual and checked in with me during the visits. I so appreciate that kind of thoughtful support and strong communication! Will be reaching out to her for future pet care. Thank you, Jazmin!”

About: Hello, my name is Lindsay! My neighbors have trusted me to watch their dogs for years when they’ve gone away. I’ve trained both of my dogs to listen when called and to do many tricks. My goal is to keep pets happy and safe, and maintain any routines they might have. I am a college student that is also working part time. I have classes in the early afternoon Monday-Thursday, and work as a life guard Friday and Sunday mornings, but am otherwise able to care for your pets any time of the week. I care for pets in their own homes. Being in a space they are comfortable in allows pets to feel more at ease and safe versus being in a new place with a new face.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pasadena
Carla was awazing with our two girls. She took such good care of them. I was able to enjoy time away knowing that they were in good hands. We played with them, gave them so much attention and even cleaned up the yard. I will definitely use Carla again and highly recommend her.

Last month I found out that my previous dog walker moved out of town, I ran across Emma's profile and noticed she had many good reviews. We met for a meet and greet and my husband and I both felt comfortable having her care for our dog. We scheduled a weekend trip and we had no issues. I booked her again for a week long of drop in visits and she went above and beyond to make sure our dog was well taken care of. I would definetely recommend Emma to care for your pups. Thanks again for everything <3

Aiden watched our dog and cat for a long weekend and did an amazing job. He checked in regularly, asked questions if needed, and was very responsive. We have a disabled, elderly, dog and he was great at giving her medication too. I definitely recommend using him.
Alise is always the best!! She has dog sat for our two babes many many time. This time, we had some changes in scheduling and issues with our electronic front door lock, but Alise was great with navigating it and communication. There’s no one else I trust with our pups. 10/10 always!!

Our dog was a challenge for the first few visits. It was the first time Tim took care of our pets and it was for a long weekend. Tim took the time to earn our dog's trust and was able to play frisbee after a day or so. He truly cares about pets, even our difficult one. By the time we came home he was even able to pet our dog. We will continue to use him during our travels.

Owen did a wonderful job with my two Bernedoodles. He was punctual, very responsible, and took thoughtful notes, which I really appreciated. He handled everything smoothly and professionally, and I felt confident knowing my pups were well cared for. I highly recommend him to anyone.

It was our first time trying the rover app and we weren’t sure if someone will be able to look after our pets given the busy Christmas season. Thankfully we found Rebecca! Kuma and Kitty seemed to warm up to her right away. She was communicative. Will definitely book again 👍🏻

Elizabeth was wonderful! She came and met my pups the day before and they loved her. Everything went off well and I'm having her back already. I really appreciate how flexible she was at a last moment request. And, I loved her report! Will use again! Thank you!

Michelle was AMAZING! We came home to a very happy and healthy pup. She was on time and provided pics and updates from each visit. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately made my husband and I feel at ease. We will definitely be hiring her again and again!!
