About: I get it. You want and need a sitter and maybe last minute but you also do not want to pay an arm and a leg!!! Maybe your friend or sitter cancelled and you need a back up.... either way I have been in your shoes. I have a lot of experience taking care of reptiles, birds, cats and dogs. Whether it is providing medicine or providing love - I have done it. I am available for pick ups or drop offs as well. I have a nice size SUV that can fit most, if not all types of family members. I would love to give you peace of mind while also saving you a few dollars while you are away. Your baby is my baby.... and my babies are my family! I cant wait to meet your family :D I work during the day-typically 8 hours. I take the dogs out before work and once I come home around 3. They average 5 walks a day, in between feedings and play times. Your pet stays on the second floor and is ALWAYS monitored. When left alone, they are in a play area or crate. Crate times are reserved for sleep and when I am at work.

About: I've owned dogs my entire life and currently have a cocker/bichon mix. She needs friends so I thought what better way to have play time for her than this! I have young children so all pups must love kids! I conveniently live 20 mins from BWI airport and very close to 97 and 100 for easy drop off. I can also arrange to pick up/drop off your pet for an additional fee. I am mostly a stay at home mom. I do some gig work here and there (uber eats, amazon flex, instacart) but that is all flexible and I can do it as I please so my availability is very open. I have a small fenced in back yard and gated deck area for outdoor play. I have a small neighborhood with sidewalks for walks. My home is small which is why I will only offer care for smaller dogs but there is enough space for everyone to run around and play. We have 2 cats in the home but they mostly hang out upstairs while the rest of us are on the main level.

“Hello Rover, My son Toby is an excellent candidate to work w/ you in providing caregiving to pets. I have lived w/ pets most of my life, and therefore I have seen Toby from a young age interacting w/ assorted pets. As a young child, he was always in good relationships w/ our cats and dogs, and it was clear that the pets were comfortable w/ him. This has continued into his adulthood. LuLu, the dog he had as a young adult, was one of the sweetest and well behaved dogs I have known. Over the years people have enjoyed labeling me as a "dog whisperer", and though I agree that I have history w/ being fortunate w/ my dogs' character, and have often alleged that Toby's first dog was trained by me and my then current dog, the truth was that he had her most of the time and she was wonderful. This has continued to the present day, and as a matter of fact he called me the other evening when he was walking his current dog Milly, and he paused the conversation when he and Milly encountered another passerby w/ that person's dog, and the interaction I overheard reminded me how well behaved and friendly Milly is and how skilled and sincere Toby is in his interactions w/ pets and their people. Given how cat-like cats can be, it's hard to evaluate how he does w/ cats in general, but when he met his wife to be she had a beloved older cat and soon he was part of their growing family and the dog that Toby brought to the relationship and Toby were both welcomed into the relationship and everyone got along fine. Only a week or 2 ago, Toby got a hermit crab for his son's 8th birthday. He and the family quickly obtained information and equipment to make the crab be healthy and happy, including getting a 2nd crab after hearing how social they can be. Both crabs appear happy and healthy now. Toby's 3 children were devoted to and extremely comfortable w/ both dogs that have been part of this family (the youngest child only knew 1 of them), all 3 kids love to play and cuddle w/ Milly and show off her off when they are outside. I think you will have a great Rover employee w/ Toby.”
