About: I started my experience dog walking 2 years ago for a professor’s friend in Winchester, Virginia. Twice a week, I would walk her hyper pups. She then recommended me to her father, whose dog I began walking twice a week as well. From there, my mini business boomed through word of mouth. I began dog sitting in people’s homes as well for multiple individuals for varying time spans. Most of the dogs I interacted with were seniors and required extensive care. However, all dogs owners loved and recommended me to others! I still walk the original dogs and add in others as my schedule allows with two other jobs. I am sad to leave my extensive clientele in Winchester, but I am moving back to New Jersey for graduate school and excited to meet new puppy friends!! For the summertime, I am incredibly flexible with nothing planned. I prefer weekly walks / drop ins, but also like sitting as well. In August, I start physical therapy school at Columbia University so my availability will decrease but I’d be willing to provide services on nights / weekends. During breaks, my availability will open up again! Whenever walking / sitting, I respect the owner’s rules, no matter what. I long to maintain utmost cleanliness and adherence to routine as physically possible. I am also very communicative and honest, building trust with my clients.
About: Hi! I’m Lindsay, a 19-year-old college student originally from New Jersey. Some things about me that I do on my free time is going on runs, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. I’ve been around animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. Growing up, my family always had dogs, and now currently have a tabby cat. I’ve frequently helped care for pets belonging to friends and relatives as well. I will always enjoy spending time with pets whether it be on a walk or just hanging out with them to keep company! About: I have been watching dogs for 7 years now and have a special spot for elderly dogs, and dog that are anxious. But I have experience with a wide range of ages and breads. I have experience with dogs with anxiety as well as giving oral medication to dogs and have many repeat owners coming to me. They all feel loved and special at my home. Which is why I only watch one dog at a time to give my full attention to them as well as it helps most anxious types to be alone. I also love giving dogs a bath if the owner is ok with it AND the dogs are ok with it 🙂 I have a somewhat flexible schedule for my job. I walk the dogs in the morning and leave around 9am and am usually back 3pm (Monday-Wednesday). When I come home in the afternoon I give the dog another walk as well as their evening walk. I am pretty flexible and am present most times and I am very free from Thursdays through the weekend. This depends on the personality of the dog. If the dog loves being pet, they can hang with me on my couch where they are pet. If they love playing I throw the ball around with them. I am attentive to their food and drink and talk to them 😂 and let them know how cute they are. Every dog is different in what they like and need for their care. So that is something that is discussed before hand with the client.

Mia stayed with our dog, Trudie, for 3 nights last week while we were away. We had a very positive experience when we first met Mia last month. Trudie was very impressed with her and so was I. She was warm and friendly and seemed very professional and responsible. Her stay with Trudie went very smoothly. It’s hard to find someone that’s worthy of being left alone in your home alone with your furry family members. This is the first time we have felt comfortable with someone.
Jill was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for someone better to watch Teddy and Frankie. Teddy had plenty of walks and play time and Frankie even came out to spend time with Jill (and she’s not normally friendly). She made us feel less stressed on our trip because our pets were being well taken care of.
