About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I am an absolute animal lover, your pet will be in great hands with me. I’m responsible, reliable, and treat other peoples animals as my own! I’m fully employed but I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible! I can be available for your animal from 9am-11pm or if you’re boarding with me, I will be available for your pet all day and night. I am available 7 days and nights a week! I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for your animal to run around safely. I always like to monitor small dogs, as they’re more vulnerable so I’ll sit outside with them and make sure they’re safe. I currently do not have any animals at the moment, as I lost my Yorkshire terrier in October of 2022, so your pet will be the only animal in my house. I have gates that I can put up if you prefer your pet doesn’t do stairs. And my entire house is pet friendly!

About: Our Experience: Combined we have over 30 years of dog experience, as we both grew up with dogs. We've been pet sitting other people's dogs for a few years now and joined Rover Sept 2021. Our Schedule: We both work from home (it's wonderful). It will be very rare that your pet is ever alone for more than 30 minutes, but if we do have an out of the house activity to do the day of your sit, we'll let you know. Walks: We do not have a fenced in yard but our neighborhood is beautiful! We take the dogs we sit for walks first thing in the AM, after breakfast, after lunch, around 4pm (when the kids get home from school), after dinner, then one more before bed. Runs: If your dog is a runner, s/he can go on a 3 mile run with Laura! Laura runs 3 miles, 3x a week and loves the company. Other Dogs: If your dog needs to be the only dog in the home, let us know and we'll check our schedule. Otherwise, we will take up to two dogs at a time, as long as the dogs like other dogs. We have no pets of our own. Lawn Chemicals: We've never used any pesticides or herbicides. We understand that they are linked to cancer in both pets and people. Smoke: Our home is smoke-free and we ask that the dogs also be from smoke-free homes. Hate Has No Home Here: Our home is LGBTQI and BIPOC friendly.

She had her hands full with an older dog with heart issues and thunderstorm anxiety and a younger dog with destructive tendancies! Yanni was able to make sure both were happy and healthy while we were gone. She went above and beyond to keep me in the loop with what was happening, how everyone was getting along, and picture updates. Yanni even made sure to go back to the house after the stay was over to make sure Ellie got her medication for thunderstorms when storms rolled through before we got home. About: I am current graduate student at Ramapo college looking for a new way to spend time with dogs (since I can’t get one of my own just yet)! I just ended my time volunteering at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a short term volunteer with completing my undergraduate degree. Jing took amazing care of my beloved Siamese cat, Gigi, over the Fourth of July weekend. She stayed at my apartment while I was away and left it even cleaner than she found it. She kept me updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind! It was clear that Gigi was comfortable in her care. Jing also kept the litter box clean and was very responsive.
