Chulmin & Hyujin were extremely flexible and provided updates with pictures and short video clips throughout the day which gave me piece in mind. I was running late for pick up but they were extremely flexible and accommodating. It was a truly pleasant experience and I used them again this past weekend when I had to go on a trip. They seem to love pets and are very knowledgeable/experienced, and provide you consistent feedback throughout the duration. They took my puppy for a walk and socialized with their dog (and other dogs during the first time my puppy stayed with them). I asked them to gradually exposed my puppy to other dogs since that was her first time with other dogs which the totally respected and handled extremely well. From the time of meet and Greet I knew that I couldn’t have found a better dog loving home for my coco . Coco was the happiest puppy ever and I bet she is going to miss them so much - especially their Dog Panther who is such a sweet heart and their little son who became coco’s best friend and companion to play all day :) Coco has found a new second home and we will surely be using them again at our next time away”

“We were worried about boarding our dog with the sitter for the first time. Kinjal was kind and let us visit to check and introduce our dog 3 days beforehand. This meeting cleared all the doubts.
