I currently reside in a three bedroom apartment so I am not offering boarding services at this time, due to my space being so small.

About: I have always grown up with dogs and love them! I have some mild experience training dogs. I have trained all my dogs. I currently have a senior dog. I have pet sat for various family and friends. I have a bearded dragon so if you have any reptiles or exotic animals I am more than willing to help with them as well! I currently work part time and am a college student. I will pop in between classes and work. I have free evenings and free Saturdays. I have lots of experience with a variety of dogs. I will make sure your pet is fed and entertained. I make sure to keep a close eye on them and keep them out of harms way!

About: We started hosting dogs as a family when we ourselves needed to board our pets but we’re uncomfortable with the idea of leaving them in a kennel. We found Rover and decided to open our home as well so others could enjoy the same quality of care, love and companionship we did. Since then, we all relocated to different areas so I took a break. Now that I am settled in Pittsburg full time, I figured there may be a need here as well. The separation alone can be hard on our babies so having a reliable and trustworthy person to look after your pet is of utmost importance. I have a small rescue dog named Roxy who is very social and has lots of "friends". She was found eating from a dumpster and is now a lil fatty with a wonderful spirit and the cutest personality. I have kept many dogs over the years (large and small breeds) and feel it’s more like a slumber party than a job. If this is your first time, don't worry, we can always do a meet and greet before the stay. I find it becomes more like a play date than a scary situation to both the owner and the pet. Even for the more timid dogs, I make the situation comfortable. With constant love and attention, I think this is a great safe place to leave your babies. If you have any questions, please let us know. Why I love dog sitting I actually didn't start enjoying dogs until I got one of my own. It was by default. My friend is a rescuer so I volunteered to help while she was working for a few days. The pup attached itself to me. Since then I have become so attached to animals that we ended up having two dogs and work at the shelter on the weekends. My oldest son has always had a passion for dogs and plans to be a vet so this experience is so beneficial to him and his future. We just love having them and giving them a safe, loving place to visit and play. Meet my pets We have two spayed/neutered rescue dogs, both very social and love to have friends visit. One is a medium breed, the other is a smaller dog. About my yard It does not have a fence all the way around but I have never had an issue with this. My schedule is very flexible as I own a small business and work remotely. I am also semi-retired so my company is less demanding of my time than typical scenario. I find crates work great for those who have not become extremely social yet. The safety of their “room” seems to relax them as they warm up to new surroundings.

About: I’ve been taking care of pups since I was 12 years old. I also had a passion and soft heart for animals. What sets me apart from other sitters is my personalized approach to each pet's care by helping them learn basic commands and socialize effectively, ensuring they develop good behavior from the start. I also have a strong focus on senior dogs, providing gentle care and attention to their unique needs for comfort and health. With a commitment to safety and happiness, I create a nurturing environment that gives pet owners peace of mind while they're away. I currently work part time at my local church in the children department. During the week I’m attending online school, during that free time i can definitely help pet owners who are in need of a walker. I live near high oak park great trail to walk the pups! I usually take mine everyday for their daily walks. I also travel to pantego dog park so my dogs can interact with others.

About: Extra money is always nice but being able to enjoy some adorable dogs and kitties is always better. My daughter and I love animals, going for walks, and just being outside. Our home is pretty small, so we don't have room for our own dog, but we are lucky enough to have 2 cats of our own. I love to use this service to help teach my daughter about animal safety and how to properly care for animals of all kinds. We are available all days most weekends and after work during the week. I work Monday- Friday 8-5, so outside of those hours I am free and usually don't have plans. We try to keep a regular schedule of dinner and bedtime, but we have some wiggle room to accommodate other needs. I have 2 cats at home, with plenty of scratching post and beds. I have also put in 3 very discreet liter boxes to help control smell and mess. I love taking dogs for walks also and helping them learn how to walk properly on a leash. Carings for animals helps me take care of myself in a way I enjoy. All animals have alot of energy to get out and I love helping play with them until they are tired.

“Kyra has been an exceptional cat sitter! Not only did she provide excellent care for our cats, but she also went above and beyond by handling an open faucet in our tub. Her quick thinking and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Highly recommend her services!”

“Becca was wonderful! Responsive, attentive to all of our fur baby's needs, and sent fun pictures of him so we could check in on my doggo during our out of country trip. There was a small emergency while we were gone and she was able to swoop in to save the day! Will be happily rebooking in the future!”

“Shelly is my go-to for help with my cats and turtle. She is very communicative and all around helpful. She even checks in with me to make sure I made home and that my pets don’t need any more care after I’ve had a long trip away.”

Keira F.
“Keira is a kind, loving, and respectful young woman. She has always had an affinity for animals, especially dogs, and has an uncanny ability to relate to any animal. From Chihuahua to King Corso, and all sizes in between, she's been able to engage and train dogs, always maintaining a calm demeanor that naturally puts dogs at ease. She's been exposed to cats as well, showing as much love and care to them as her dog friends. All-in-all, I can't think of a better person to look after animals than Keira. She loves to lavish them all with attention and love, finds ways to play with them, and has made many an animal feel loved and appreciated. From her kind, animal friendly voice to her nonverbal interactions with pets, Keira has always connected with them. I remember when she was a child, my wife had taken her to see a friend. There was a dog there that was known to be aggressive to non-family people. She unbeknownst to anyone, got into the room where the dog was, and when they realized, they found her with this dog just loving and playing with her. It's just a reflection of the Keira way, an innate ability to connect, love, and bring out the best in any pet. Try her, you won't regret doing so.”
