About: Hello animal lovers! I grew up with dogs. First was a Golden Retriever then several Old English Mastiffs to follow. I adore big dogs and know they are gentle giants. I also adore "smaller dogs" too, those under 125lbs (ha!) I have been dog sitting on and off for about 15 years. About me, I'm responsible, mature, reliable and fun, your dog will love me. I'm happy to play fetch or snuggle your pooch, whatever is best for them. I am a care taker by trade so your pup will be in good hands. I am able to spend most of the day with your pup on longer stays. I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog soon! Pet care is my main job right now so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pet whether at home or on a walk. I cannot currently board pets or do doggy day care but am happy to come to your home to care for any of your pets.
“Chelsea is very good with cats. We have a very shy kitty who typically hides under the bed when newcomers arrive and won’t come out until they leave. Chelsea spends time to play on her visits and our shy little guy is now coming around to her. This is a first and we’re very impressed! Chelsea also leaves detailed updates of her visit and cleans the cat litter, which we greatly appreciate!”

“I highly recommend Julia as an experienced pet sitter! She was really great for drop-ins with my cat, giving him lots of play time and helping him practice his cat tricks. Her schedule was very flexible. We came home to a healthy and happy cat!”

“My boyfriend and my work schedule is super sporadic and random. Oftentimes we need to message Jodie same day. She is ALWAYS so responsive and consistent in getting back to us. She really saves us on busy days. She also is amazing with our dog, Lincoln. I would recommend her to anyone in the Snohomish county area”

“Nathan did a great job caring for our special needs dog. He was careful to follow instructions and was very communicative. We will not hesitate to use Nathan for services in the future.”

About: We are a dog family. Although not professionally trained, I have done extensive research on dog behaviorism (I work in human behavior so this was naturally interesting to me) and have applied those skills to my own dogs as well as my friends and families dogs. We all work of the same pack training system which helps integrate them smoothly into each environment. I am dedicated to forever training. We work throughout our day to become the best human/dog selves we can in the community. I was a part of Guide Dogs Of America for several years as I am highly invested in communities with dissabilities and have lived with a Guide dog personally. I know what it takes for a dog to be valued... whether it working or a companion and the importance that pup has in a families life. I work for the school district so I have large chunks of time off (spring break, winter break, mid-winter break, and summer) which is when I would offer services primarily. BOARDING -7 days a week I will offer weekday boarding for repeat guests/special circumstances during the regular school year. *** weekday drop off/pick dependant on our house schedule and may need be in the evening - we will work together in this! *** Stays of 2 weeks or more are discounted*** I would be home with them most of the time and can offer an XXL Crate if needed for short periods of time. I have two well trained and friendly dogs to play and learn from. We like to go for walks, short hikes, and beaches/lakes. We have a large yard for all the sniffs, training time, zoomies, play, and endless fetch. My daughter loves animals and is gentle, very aware of dog communication styles, and is a pack leader. We invest in ours and others dogs success and happiness.
About: Hi! I'm Courtney, and if there's an animal nearby, there's a pretty good chance I'm saying hello to them before the humans. I grew up as the daughter of a professional dog trainer, so understanding dog behavior has always been second nature to me. I learned early that every dog communicates differently, and that patience, consistency, and a little positive reinforcement can go a long way. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. At home, I'm kept on my toes by my corgi, Xena, and my two cats, Gizmo and Tofu. Living with a dog and cats who all have wildly different personalities has taught me that every pet has their own quirks, routines, and love language—and I genuinely enjoy getting to know what makes each one unique. Whether your pet loves long walks, energetic playtime, quiet cuddles, or just having someone nearby who respects their space, I'm happy to meet them where they are. My goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, so you can relax knowing they're being cared for like one of my own. I'll also make sure you never have to wonder how they're doing. Expect plenty of updates, photos, and maybe a funny story if your pup decides to zoom around the living room or your cat appoints me as their new personal assistant. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone else, and I don't take that lightly. I can't wait to meet you and your best friend! I work full time Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, which makes me a great fit for evening walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and weekend care. I keep my schedule up to date and only accept bookings I know I can fully commit to, so your pet will always receive the time, attention, and care they deserve. Your pet's safety and comfort will always come first. I believe every animal deserves patience, kindness, and respect for their individual personality and routine. Growing up with a dog trainer taught me how to recognize body language, build trust, and create positive experiences without forcing interactions. I'm happy to follow your pet's normal routine as closely as possible, whether that means a favorite walking route, medication, feeding schedule, playtime, or plenty of cuddle breaks. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away.

“Tony is amazing. I am usually not home when she visits our dog, but the few times I have been I see how my dog's face lights up when she comes to the door. She sends me pics and let's me know how my dog is doing every day, and I am so thankful that she takes such great care of my girl. I know she cares for her like her own. ”

“Janee took care of my three babies very well. It was a bit rocky at first because im very new to rover and the app kept glitching but not her fault. Anyways I have a new kitten and he warmed up to her right away. My other cat also eventually warmed up to her and were comfortable. Thank you for keeping my babies company!! (: I recommend her!”

“I was so happy to have Meaghan cat sit for us! She was responsive, and willing to help out with short notice! She took such good care of our cats while we were away! She did extras that I'm noticing as I walk through the house.”

“Bethany was reliable, extremely thoughtful, communicative, community oriented, and a true animal lover. Would recommend and use her again. She sent photos and text when coming and going. Went out her way to get me back the key I'd loaned her for the house. I met her pets too and she is really an animal lover. She is a very young grandmother herself and uses rover to get some extra pet loving time in. Great with cats and dogs although she personally watched my cat for a number of days. Due to a snowstorm she wasn't able to come part of the time and she went out of her way to contact rover and get me a refund.”

“A five star experience yet again! So many detailed updates and pictures that made my days while we were away. My kitties got so much play time and were well taken care of. Thank you so much Allison!”

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life, and have relished in taking care of them and teaching them fun tricks. I have pet-sit for family before, which has included some special needs dogs. I’ve spent a lot of time with friend’s and family’s cats, and plan on getting one myself soon. I also have a lot of experience handling horses and other farm animals, which has made me confident with many different behaviors and sizes of pets. I love reading and studying animal behaviors, and will always listen to them. I currently intern 3 days a week at a horse barn, and am doing a couple hours of babysitting a week as well. I am a college student who is looking for extra cash on select days that I am free. I’m currently living in an apartment, so I am not comfortable with taking care of people’s pets in my home as I don’t think there’s enough space for a dog.
“Marysa was so amazing, and took such great care of my kitties and home while I was away for an extended trip. She was great with communication, and I had no worries about my girls while I was gone. Highly recommend Marysa!”

“Joan is an incredible cat sitter. I’m so glad to found her as she took care of my cat while I was gone and my cat definitely loves her. She’s very thorough with her updates and always make sure to be on top of everything. She is the best.”

“Zeryab was AMAZING! Very communicative throughout the booking. Truly took care of my babies like her own. I cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond in making sure they didnt feel lonely while I was away and also made extra trips as her schedule allowed, just to check on them by herself. No extra charges. I am so very grateful to have found a trustworthy caretaker for my furbabies. Will always book with her in the future.”

Jocelyn was very kind and compassionate with my antisocial cat. She was careful to say hi to her but not stress her out and took care of all her needs while I was away. I really appreciated Jocelyn's professionalism and care! I would book her again in a heartbeat. :)

Penny is absolutely amazing! I booked her last minute on a holiday weekend no less and she made herself available. She sent me so many pictures, brought in my packages, and even fixed my cats auto litter box. My cat absolutely adored her so will book her again for sure! 10/10 recommend!

It is always important to me that my cats are comfortable with the people who come around them, so it was refreshing to see that all three took a liking to Allison. She was very attentive with them and always made sure to get their chores done as well as play with them. I definitely recommend if you have cats

Went on a trip out of town last minute and Emma did an EXCELLENT job watching our kitty! Emma was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process and at all times I felt like our cat was in great hands. Would highly recommend her for future visits!! :)

Allie was so great with my two cats! She’s super reliable, caring, and you can tell she genuinely loves animals. She kept me updated while I was away and I felt totally comfortable knowing they were being well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Allie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
