“Julia did a great job taking care of my cat. She was so much more relaxed when I got back home and I appreciated her daily photos and updates while I was gone. Thank you so much!”

“Chelsea was a great caretaker to our two cats while we were out of town. Our cats can be a little anxious and require more calming energy, but Chelsea was patient and great with them both!”

“Did a great job caring for our cats and dogs, confirmed with us that she gave meds and took care of a pet mess with more poise than I would have- definitely recommend and will work with again!”

“My little Gus loves Penny! I just moved to the area and was worried about leaving my puppy for the first time while I went to work, but Penny was amazing! She takes great care of him and he’s excited to see her when she comes. I would absolutely trust her with him in the future and you should too!”

“Deyaneira was great with my dogs during the drop-in visit. Even my small, reactive, dog felt comfortable with Deyaneira right away. Both dogs enjoyed the visit and I hope to book with her again soon!”

“What a sweet lady! Thanks Joan for taking such great care of my 4 fur babies- thank you for being on time, attentive, loving, patient, consistent with your updates so I am abreast of what goes on, and for being such a great pet whisperer. All my animals love you and I can’t highly recommend you enough. We’ll definitely ask for you the next time we need a pet sitter!”

“Tony is incredibly kind and our good girl just loves her! She has been doing daily drop-ins for us for several years. She is diligent about sending updates during the day and is quick to respond to my communications. I would highly recommend Tony to any pet parent!”

“Amazing sitter! I had a complication with my flight and she was able to watch for an extra day so I was very thankful! I will definitely come back to her if I need another sitter for my kitties!”

“Allison W. was put into an odd situation as my complex arranged to start the repaving project on the same day as my hip replacement surgery and then recovery. The boys were unsettled with the heavy equipment sound and shaking and had to deal with me being gone for 6 days. This was unprecedented in the boys' experience. Allison strove to make contact with my felines every day, twice a day! She had some successes with Jack but she could only surmise there was another brother as the food disappeared. I really appreciate she took the time to get to know them. They are very shy fellows. I'd employ Allison and her catch watching expertise again.”

About: I am an animal lover of all kinds (except snakes 😅) I have had farm animals and dogs and cats of all kinds. I have years of nanny experience as well. currently, I own a hoard of goats as well as a three-year-old English bulldog. The goats live at an offsite farm. It's just my twin sister and I and Ludacris. He does have the availability to go stay at my mom's overnight if we ever watch dogs that would prefer some more space. my sister and I work from home full-time and have extremely flexible schedules. Your pet would never be home alone for too long. and would never have to go too long without a potty break. My back yard is fenced in. I let my dog in all rooms and on all furniture. We kiss our animals on the face and talk to them like humans. We are definitely the crazy animal ladies. The first trick we taught our goat was Kiss. your animal will be snuggled and loved on the entire time you are gone.
“Nathan did a great job caring for our special needs dog. He was careful to follow instructions and was very communicative. We will not hesitate to use Nathan for services in the future.”

“Marlene did a great job with my Chica daddy's Princess. I appreciate her professionalism and communication. I will ask for her help again when something comes up.”

About: I’ve cared for two rescue dogs of my own - my first was a chihuahua mix with separation anxiety, and my second was an Australian cattle dog. I loved them deeply. While I haven’t adopted again, I regularly pet-sit for family and friends and make a point to visit animal rescues around the world. Your pets will be in good hands with me. I understand they’re family, each with their own personality, quirks, and needs. If you have special instructions, I’ll follow them thoroughly - I’m dependable, attentive, and detail-oriented. I also love going on walks, so I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, attention, and care. I’ll be in Washington for the summer with a very open and flexible schedule. After nearly a year of traveling around Asia, I’ve really been missing being around animals - caring for pets is my way of reconnecting with that nurturing side of myself. I genuinely love having animals around. While I’m currently building an online business, I’ll be spending most of my time at home, so your pet will get plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. My home is set up with your dog’s comfort and safety in mind. We have a fully fenced backyard for secure outdoor play, and we’re just minutes from the park for daily walks and adventures. We also have a shy, timid cat at home - so dogs who are cat-sensitive do best here. For added peace of mind, I can keep pets in a separate bedroom if needed. Your dog won’t just be watched - they’ll be part of the family. Everyone in my home is an animal lover, pets are welcome on the furniture, and your pup can sleep in the bed just like they do at home.
“Shannon is great, very easy to work with and she took great care Mylo while I was out of town. I very much appreciate her help. I would definitely recommend her, but the only issue is if you book her you might take time away when I need her again. 🤔 Just kidding book her if you need her help! 😂”

Paine Field-Lake Stickney cat parents share their Rover experiences
This was my first time using Deya and she was so great! One of my kitties has diabetes, so she needs extra attention. Deya came twice a day and monitored her glucose and gave insulin as needed. She sent pictures for reassurance as well. Both my girls seemed to adjust to her quickly, which made me feel good. I will be using Deya again!

Would absolutely book her again for my upcoming trip!! Joan is fantastic. My cats had a great time with her, I could tell by all the report cards that she gave me (plus bunch of their pics). Very thorough, super sweet and great communicator! I'm extremely glad I found her on a very lastly minute and she agreed to it. Thank you very much Joan! 😊 🙏

Elena has been a huge help with drop in visits for my two cats! They are both very shy but seemed to warm up to her easily, even my very shy cat who needs medicine has taken his pill pocket treat with her! Elena communicates super quickly and sends lots of photos which I really appreciate, and she has been very flexible and understanding with me in booking times. I will definitely look to book with her again next time I need it. Thanks Elena!! 💗

I highly recommend Man! She took amazing care of my cat and was incredibly attentive to all of his needs. She is so detail-oriented, patient, and truly loves animals, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I received regular updates and could tell my cat was in the best hands. I will definitely be booking her again!

Emily was great with our shy cats and spent a lot of time trying to get them to feel comfortable! She was always on time, and made sure they had fresh food and water during every visit. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted and reliable sitter!
