“Brandon did an excellent job taking care of Rusty during the holidays. He got lots of walks and attention. Given it was our first time using Rover, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Brandon handled everything very professionally, and I will now look to use Rover again in the future”

About: I've grown up around animals and have been caring for pets most of my life. From feeding, walking, and playing, to giving medication and keeping routines consistent, I’ve looked after both my own pets and those of family and friends. While I’m new to Rover, I take pet care seriously and treat every animal like my own. I’m responsible, attentive, and always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and happy. Pet care fits into my weekly routine with plenty of flexibility. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, with the exception of Mondays and Wednesdays due to class. My schedule may vary slightly week to week, as I occasionally travel out of town to visit family, but I always communicate my availability in advance. I’m committed to providing consistent, reliable care and making sure your pet’s needs come first. I offer pet care in the client’s home to help pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely when it comes to routines, feeding, exercise, and safety. I take time to build trust with each pet, going at their pace and keeping their space clean, calm, and stress-free. I also respect the client’s home by treating it with care, maintaining cleanliness, and always being mindful of privacy and security.

About: Nick and Loren have been long-time pet owners from childhood and love helping others with their favorite animals. We truly miss having a dog of our own and would love to help you take care of yours! Nick works from home full time and Loren is available multiple times a week. We have a solid amount of bandwidth to help with any situation. We live in a 2 bed/2bath apartment where your animal will receive their own space. We also have an adjacent park in our complex, Kate Sessions nearby and a small/large dogpark right next to us. Plenty of opportunities for your dog to play!

“Ariana is awesome! She was able to come on short notice and did great with my pup Sadie :) Sadie can be a bit nervous with new people but Ariana was super patient with all of her little quirks. Thank you Ariana!”

About: Hi my name is Melissa, aka the dog whisperer. Sometimes also referred to as the food lady. Dogs love my calming nature. With my healthy active lifestyle, they are sure to get plenty of walks, fresh-air and playtime. I will treat your dog as if they are my own. I pride myself on being reliable, respectful, and pro-active. Most of my life I have taken care of friends dogs, from walks, to baths or trips to the beach, teaching them new tricks, or overnight stays, I love all dogs of all kinds and sizes. My goal is to provide peace of mind that your dog is well taken care of while you are at work or away on a trip. Currently, I am working part-time so I have flexibility to take your pup on a morning walk or afternoon playdate. If you have a late night in the office, I'll be sure they are taken care of. I’ll follow your dog’s schedule, give you regular updates, and keep your home tidy and cared for. Whether it’s house sitting, a walk, or a drop-in visit, your dog’s happiness, safety and well-being is my top priority.

About: I’ve had dogs and other animals in my life for as long as I can remember. I have experience training puppies and caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. Additionally, I have spent summers volunteering at the Humane Society. Besides dogs, I’ve cared for horses, guinea pigs, birds, and even reptiles! My main priority is making animals feel like family, ensuring they feel safe and loved. I am very flexible and can help out most evenings and throughout the day to ensure the animals have proper care. Availability may slightly vary from week to week. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I respect your space and routines just as much as your pet’s. I keep things clean, secure, and quiet, making sure your pet is stress-free in their familiar environment. I stick to your instructions closely—whether that means medication, crate time, walks, or couch cuddles. I’m neat, trustworthy, and always keep you in the loop with messages and updates.

About: Hello guys, my name is Rachel and I would love the opportunity to pet sit for your dogs and or cats! I am a native of San Diego and live in Pacific Beach. For my whole life, I have grown up with animals of all sorts dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, etc., so I have experience with animals of all sizes and ages. Hopefully, we can meet up and discuss this further! Overall my schedule is pretty flexible throughout the week (mon-sun). I am open to discussing a schedule that works for both of us so feel free to reach out! I would also like to add that I charge a small additional fee per day for some holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas, New Years, and July 4th). Details for the services I offer: Dog drop-ins (30 or 60 mins)- include letting the dog/dogs out front of the house to go to the bathroom, feeding/watering, and playing with the dog/dogs around the house. If you would like two separate walks during the same visit this will be an additional charge. Doggy daycare (up to 8hrs)- requires consultation beforehand so I can have our dogs meet. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard. I can only accommodate one dog a day for daycare because I already have a very friendly dog at the house. Your dog will always have access to the yard and I include two walks and two feedings during the visit. I do have a cat that is an indoor/outdoor cat but he keeps to himself and shouldn’t be an issue. I will be available to supervise the dogs all day and you can choose a start and end time (up to 8hrs). Half days are also available (up to 4hrs) for $94. Half days include one walk and one feeding. About: I grew up surrounded by all types of animals and have had my own pets as I’ve gotten older. My experience at a veterinary clinic has exposed me to countless breeds of dogs and cats. I’m comfortable working with puppies and kittens, helping to maintain any training you’re working on at home. I also have experience with senior pets, including administering medications and being mindful of any medical conditions they may have. Since I work remotely, I can offer flexible availability to give your pets the attention they need throughout the day. I work remotely, which allows me the flexibility to be available for your pet at various hours for walks, feeding, and more. I’m happy to keep your pet comfortable in their own home and can either stay there or do regular check-ins. Additionally, I’m more than happy to welcome your pet into my home if that’s preferable. In My Home: I always request written or typed care instructions for your pet. I live with two other ladies who do not have pets, and we have a small, fenced patio area. We’re just three blocks from the bay, so dogs will enjoy short or long walks—whatever you prefer—for potty breaks and exercise. In Your Home: I also ask for written or typed care instructions to ensure your pet receives the best care. I’m happy to follow your rules and routines to keep your pet comfortable and happy.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have a high-energy dog of my own, so I understand their needs at every stage, from playful puppies to active adults. I have experience caring for puppies as well, ensuring they get the attention, training, and patience they need. Whether your dog loves long walks, active play, or just a little extra care, I’ll make sure they feel happy, comfortable, and well looked after while you're away. I work part-time from home, which allows me to offer flexible and reliable pet care. I provide drop-in visits for both cats and dogs multiple times a day, ensuring they get the attention and care they need. For dog owners, I also offer daily dog walking services between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Whether your pet needs playtime, feeding, or just some company, I’m here to help! When I do a drop-in visit, my priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I start by checking on their food and water to ensure they’re well-fed and hydrated. If they need medication, I carefully follow any instructions provided. For dogs, I take them out for a potty break and spend time playing or giving belly rubs—whatever they enjoy most! For cats, I clean the litter box, give them affection (on their terms), and engage in playtime if they’re in the mood. I always make sure to give plenty of attention, whether it’s a cuddle session, playtime, or just keeping them company. Before I leave, I do a final check to make sure everything is in order, and I’ll send you an update with photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is happy and well cared for!

About: I grew up with lots of dogs and have been a pet sitter off and on throughout my adult life. I’ve cared for puppies in potty training and older dogs that need all the extra love. About: I’ve been a veterinary nurse for about 5 year and now work for a large veterinary medical distribution company. Absolutely love animals of all kinds. Grew up with everything from horses to mice. I will treat your babies like my own. I can even administer medications or injections. I work in the field and at home Monday-Friday! I visit veterinary hospitals for meetings about 2-3 hours a day but then work from home. I will respect your home and your pets home. I will keep your home private and only go where I need to. I will treat your pets like my own babies and care for them exactly how you want me to.

About: My family’s done pet sitting out of our home for 15 years! I’ve helped walked, feed, give medicine, and give so much love to the dogs. Dogs that I’ve helped care for range from puppies to senior dogs, especially my dog who I help feed prescribed dog food and give medicine to every morning and night. I also love to exercise, so I would love more opportunities to take pets on walks outside! I work part-time at the moment, but they are generally early mornings. I am available all day on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. On Tuesdays I am available after 7:30 AM, and Wednesdays after 9:45 AM. I work as a group fitness instructor and sometimes pick up extra shifts, but it is usually just an extra couple classes here and there. When going on walks, I take into consideration the fitness level and age of dogs, making sure I get in their basic needs of exercise but also not overexerting their energy. I can take dogs on whatever needed walk they need! I also love making pets feel comfortable with me and without their owners, all while being super respectful of the owner’s home as well. I leave everything exactly how I found it.
