That early experience built habits of responsibility and attentiveness that I still carry into caring for animals today. I currently have two dogs and two pet rats, so I’m very comfortable with animals of different sizes, personalities, and care needs. Every animal has their own personality and boundaries, and I always take the time to make sure they feel safe and respected. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits that can include feeding, fresh water refills, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention while you’re away. I’m also happy to help with basic tasks like cleaning up after pets or refreshing litter/bedding for small animals. I do my best to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I work full-time during the day, but I’m available for morning visits, evening walks, and weekends, and because I live nearby I’m able to provide reliable and consistent visits. I’m naturally detail-oriented and dependable, and I always make sure pets’ routines, feeding schedules, and care instructions are followed carefully. I know how important it is to feel connected to your pet while you’re away, so I’m always happy to send photo updates and quick check-ins after visits. Animals are truly one of the great joys in my life. I will treat your pet with the same care, patience, and affection that I give my own—making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for until their favorite person comes home. I currently work a flexible 9-5. I can reliably do walks in the mornings and evenings and potentially at lunch if it is nearby. I am free to spend the full weekend with your pups too! About: I’ve never not had pets. My family has almost always had dogs, and I took care of a hamster and cat when I was younger. Today, my wife and I have two poodle-mix dogs (Togepi and Raisin) and two guinea pigs (Betty and Gertie). We got Togepi when he was just a couple months old. We got Raisin from the APA in 2024. I’ve helped my wife with her Rover sitting since since 2023—she’s a 5-star sitter with nearly 50 reviews. I’m a law student at WashU. This semester (starting January 12), I have classes from early Tuesday afternoon through Thursday evening. I’m generally free otherwise. I’m happy to care for your pet(s) however you’d like. If you want me to stay in your home while you’re away, I can do so on most Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. Latasha treated my home with respect and left my home just as she found it. She even helped me with my newly planted garden to ensure it stayed watered while I was away. I work part time and go to school, but would have plenty of time to take care of your pets. At the latest, I am always free after seven. But typically am free most afternoons. I would treat your fur babies like my own, I would bend to their needs and based on what you recommend, treat them with the most utmost care!

About: My family has had at least one pet (cat or dog) for as long as I can remember. I've always helped take care of all of them. I don't exactly have any special skills, but I adore pets will do anything I can to make sure they are well-cared for I am currently working 8-4:30 Monday throught Friday, so I can come care for your furry friends any time after that! I can especially do weekends, but I am also very willing to evenings on weekdays I have three lil cat guys at home, so I am constantly around pets. I am not too keen on bathing them, but I am willing to do pretty much anything else to care for your fur babies!

About: I have grown up with dogs and since middle school have pets sat for many pets including dogs, cats, and birds. I am currently a dog walker volunteer at the Humane Society of Missouri where I have walked and enriched all breeds of dogs. In addition, I have walked all ages of dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I am a big dog lover and can’t wait to help out in anyway I can! I have flexible hours outside of school class times and am happy to come in anytime to walk or drop in. I’m very patient, kind, and would happy to meet and greet before taking care of your pets! Reach out with any questions you may have. I currently work part-time and am a college student. During the week, I have early morning (6-8 AM), late afternoon and evening availability. I have all day availability on Saturday. My schedule will change soon once summer starts where I’ll have all week availability in the afternoons and evenings and Saturday and Sunday availability. Safety and trust are two very valuable qualities and I strive to meet those every time I meet a dog. I make sure to read dog’s body language, and understand their behavior and temperament. I am more than happy to walk dogs around most neighborhoods, drop in and care for your dog, and pet sit overnight on weekends. I love to walk and run around the Saint Louis County Area and parks around STL such as Forest Park and Tower Grove. I will make sure to meet all the needs of your dog, care for and love them, and take them on any adventures they want to.
