About: Fortunately, I was born into an animal loving family so I was blessed to have and care for animals of all kinds. Includes but not limited too: hermit crabs, gerbils, fish and more. Since birth I’ve been fascinated about learning how to care for all animals especially mammals/dogs. I truly believe that dogs are a humans best friend and I’ve been potty training, house training, walk training and more since having my first fur baby Tyra (full blooded German Sheppard) at the age of 12 who just passed this last year. I’ve been rescuing animals since I can remember and I’ve been volunteering at shelters and in the community since middle school. Pets are truly my passion & I believe in caring for those who are sometimes unable to care for themselves. If God grants me the opportunity, I would be more than honored and grateful to care for your fur baby as well. Thank you for your time & consideration. Fortunately, I was blessed with a work from home job so I can give most of my time, attention & affection to the fur babies I need. With my own fur baby and when I baby sit others we stick to our schedule and routine throughout the day so they can be physically enriched and mentally stimulated; such as but not limited too 4-6 times of walking, a kiddie pool on hotter days, fruit and or peanut butter treats, new toys and more depending on the specific needs of your fur babies. Thank you for your time & consideration. Regardless of the environment pets are my passion and I will treat your fur babies like my own. Depending on the specific needs I’ll be more than happy to provide extra play time, extra treats or toys depending on trainings such as potty training or walk training so your pup no longer pulls you while you walk. I also don’t mind providing bath time, medications or even taking your pup to the vet or their favorite park for a pup play date. Lastly, I will be sure to provide hourly and or daily checkups so you can relax, unwind and have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is safe, happy and is in blessed and gentle hands. About: Hi! I am a poodle mom. I grew up with dogs and a constant menagerie of other lizards, hamsters, fish, etc. When I was a teach I had a rabbit and a Guinee pig in my classroom. I have watched mostly dogs an an occasional cat to help out friends and family while they were traveling. I have experience with medication, as my dog takes meds daily. My fur baby was a puppy mill rescue and checked every box for the concerns that would be expected, we spent a lot of time desensitizing to a leash, doorways, and living indoors and learning to be a dog in general. I am a Social Worker and licensed human therapist in my full time job. Many of those skills have cross applied in supporting a traumatized pup. He is now very well adjusted and sad that there aren't more dogs in the house so he would love to have a new friend come to stay for a few days. I am pretty active, we go for a morning and evening walk, or play in the backyard depending on the weather/level of sunlight. I work full time, so on an average day I am away from the house Monday - Thursday for 8.5 hours. However, I have the option of working from home, and as long as I know in advance I can plan to work from home and be more available if that is what is best for your fur baby. I would love to work stopping by to see your fur baby into my day when you need. I know what it's like to have plans and know that I won't be home enough for mine during a day. Rover has helped me out a lot when I had a busy day and needed someone to come buy and spend a little time with my pup and I would love to help out others in that situation, especially in the U. City area. Pups are the kids at my house. There are lots of toys and soft beds in every room of the house. They must get along with my 12lb poodle. I have a large fenced in back yard that my little Houdini hasn't escaped yet. There is lots of space to run and chase a ball. We also play with a lot of enrichment toys such as puzzles. I am pretty flexible and would work to adjust to a schedule that your dog is used to. We will take lots of pictures. I know how stressful it is to be away. The peace of mind from knowing that your fur baby is safe, happy, and having their own vacation will allow you to relax on your own vacation. While I kind of lack of great pictures with pets in my profile, my camera is filled with pictures I take of them. In your home I would be happy to follow your routine so that there is the least amount of change to their daily routine.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, but honestly, it started way before that with my childhood sidekick: a stubborn little Scottish Terrier who ran the house. Since then, I’ve had experience with all kinds of pups—zoomie machines, cuddle bugs, picky eaters, and even dramatic divas. My current availability is weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM for Drop-ins and I’m available all day on weekends. I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the care and attention they need throughout the week. Your dog will be in a calm, pet-free home with lots of love and supervision. I keep things safe, clean, and comfy, and I’m happy to follow any specific routines or crate your dog if that’s what they’re used to. Their comfort and safety are always my top priority!

Fritz’s new medications are a lot for him to get used to, so I’m so glad to have found someone who could give them to him.
Emma did a great job with my cats! Her rover cards always had pictures and video along with thorough updates so I didn’t have worry at all while I was away. It was clear my cats loved her and felt very comfortable around her. She also had no problem feeding my exotic pets and even watered some of my thirstier plants. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
