About: I have been taking care of pets for family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I am reliable, consistent and build relationships with the pets to keep them comfortable while you are away. My full-time job has summers off, so I have more open availability. Barring the 4 or 5-hour gaps in my day with my part-time job, I can give your pet the care they need/require. I have two medium-sized dogs and a geriatric cat (he is 26!). Caring for them brings me joy and purpose. I promise to carry over that same kindness and compassion that I have with my pets to your pets. I also understand what is necessary to take care of older pets, so if they need a little extra help, I am up for it.

About: Hi! I’m Susie. I’ve always been an animal lover and know how much our pets mean to us. For years I’ve cared for my friends’ dogs whenever they traveled, and after realizing how much I enjoy it, I decided to join Rover. At home, I have a dachshund named Nugget and a cat named Cosmo, so caring for animals is already a big part of my everyday life. I live in a single-family home with my son, and we have a fully fenced backyard with a medium-sized doggy door, giving dogs plenty of room to safely play and explore. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home while they’re with us. I’ll follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible and send regular photo updates so you can see how they’re doing while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! About: Much like Romulus and Remus, I was raised with/by dogs growing up! I absolutely love dogs! Big dogs, lil dogs, fluffy dogs, energetic dogs, old dogs all dogs are great. I am currently without my 5 year old black lab for the next 6 months and want to get pets and walks to make up for the lost time with my pupperonni! My dogs name is Wanda, she is great but a ball of energy (like most labs). I have had her since she was a puppy and she is crate trained, house trained and just a very good girl! She is the light and soul of my life (dont tell my GF) ! I am trying to be healthy and would love to have a dog to walk with when I explore Sumter! I am shift work but will balance my schedule accordingly to walk dogs or let them out when required. I mostly work night shift allowing me to have the flexibility during the day to get out for walks and stay active! I am a 30 year old guy with no kids. My dog is my kid. My daily routine I had with Wanda was to let out every morning and play fetch with her or walk her. I would then bring her inside to calm down, I’d shower and then go back downstairs to feed her since she’s caught her breathe and cooled off by then. After she’s eaten I would let her out potty again and then she is chill for the day until evening time where I would bring her out on another walk or a swim at my cottage at home which I’m dearly missing and then when she has calmed down from that I would feed her dinner. Most nights I try to do 10ish mins of training with her and she loves the treats anyways so it’s very easy. She knows sit, stay (for a long time and a big distance), paw (both), she can spin, she can do a tunnel (go between my legs) and she can spin around me and sit on my left or right side! I will admit she is a lab and very food driven/motivated so training her was relatively easy with the right treats. She is the best and I miss my dog and want to be able to play with other people’s dogs!

About: I’m am all about the needs of your pets. I have watched dogs that need walks three times a day to once a day. I had a cat that needed an inhaler and steroid medications daily. I’m here to help you have a stress free trip knowing your baby is being taken care like you would. I send picture every other day for updates whiles gone. I clean, willing to help clean poop or not. I was dog sitting when we had the earthquake and was able to keep my customers dog calm until she returned home from her trip. I’m here to make you and your pets comfortable. About: My name is Aubrie. I’ve had pets my entire life and for the past three years, I’ve started caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. I’m not currently working, so my full time job would be caring for your pet! Daycare drop off and pickup hours are between 7 am and 7 pm. Any time after 7 pm would need to be booked as boarding and pickup for the following morning. I offer extended stays as well. I live in an apartment with the dog park on my same floor, so lots of running around and play time staying here with me and my pet! He is very social and loves to have company, friendly to other dogs and shares toys.

I have 2 large dogs. I'm very big on training and maintaining their energy and attitude. I go on walks pretty often with my dogs as i'm a pretty active person.

About: I love animals! I am able to walk far distances and care for specific needs. I have a cat of my own and can drive to your house. I am currently working as a barista downtown and own a car. I am able to drive to your location no matter the day and feed/ care for your animal. I am not able to house pets at my own house but feel absolutely fine going to your location. I am able to spend overnights there as well.

About: I’m a dog parent of a 3 yo husky mix who keeps me busy. She’s more social than I am, & most days, I’m chasing her around trying to keep up. I like to bike, ski, and play in the mountains, and it’s pretty easy to add another pet into the mix of our high energy lifestyle. Dog sitting was my first job, and I’ve had great experiences with Rover as a pet parent & a sitter I work full time, but I take an hour lunch break every day for dog walks. A typical day starts with a 30 min walk in the morning, 45 mins at lunch, and another 30-60 mins in the evenings. Love to take the dogs hiking, or out to one of the beaches in town, or up on a hiking trail. I have a friendly dog at home, & I require a meet & greet before overnight stays to make sure the personalities work together. Please bring a crate with you if your pet is used to having their own. Please also bring or identify whatever toys, treats, comfort items they can’t live without.
