About: I have been taking care of pets for family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I am reliable, consistent and build relationships with the pets to keep them comfortable while you are away. My full-time job has summers off, so I have more open availability. Barring the 4 or 5-hour gaps in my day with my part-time job, I can give your pet the care they need/require. I have two medium-sized dogs and a geriatric cat (he is 26!). Caring for them brings me joy and purpose. I promise to carry over that same kindness and compassion that I have with my pets to your pets. I also understand what is necessary to take care of older pets, so if they need a little extra help, I am up for it.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends and family. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. I make sure every animal gets plenty of exercise, affection, playtime, and care while their family is away. I love creating a fun, safe, and comfortable environment for every animal I watch. I am great with any communication requests/requirements and I hope to help make this process easy and smooth :) As a General Manager in retail, I have a very flexible schedule and am able to create my own work hours. I can adjust my day as needed and take breaks when necessary, making it easy for me to return home for feeding times, potty breaks, exercise, and general care. My schedule typically ranges between the hours of 9am to 9:30pm, but I have the flexibility to structure those hours around the needs of my pet. I worked in child care for a couple years and I am the oldest four siblings. I also grew up with our family dog named Pookah. While I understand that caring for humans and dogs are different, I have experience caring for others with the upmost respect, care, kindness, and patience. I love taking walks and getting outside. Overall, I strive to create a very warm and fun environment for any pet I care for.

About: Hi! I’m Susie. I’ve always been an animal lover and know how much our pets mean to us. For years I’ve cared for my friends’ dogs whenever they traveled, and after realizing how much I enjoy it, I decided to join Rover. At home, I have a dachshund named Nugget and a cat named Cosmo, so caring for animals is already a big part of my everyday life. I live in a single-family home with my son, and we have a fully fenced backyard with a medium-sized doggy door, giving dogs plenty of room to safely play and explore. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home while they’re with us. I’ll follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible and send regular photo updates so you can see how they’re doing while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I work from home 4 days a week so I am available often. Thursday I go into the office 9-5, so animal would need to handle some alone time (crated/house trained) I follow instructions left by owner and if I need any further instructions I would contact owner. I am pretty laid back and animal would have full access to home and backyard.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and have taken care of pets for family and friends. My family had all sorts of pets including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and salamanders. You name it! I can’t say I’ve seen it all, but I believe I’m well equipped to care for your pets. Please reach out with any questions you have for me! I work a seasonal job, so my hours vary. About: Hello! My name is Elise! I’m from Alaska, I moved here in October. I grew up with many different animals. I’ve had many dogs, cats, as well as bunnies, horses and I’ve cared for birds. I love animals very much and I am very good at taking care of them. I’ve been pet sitting since I was about 14 but not really officially since I was 16. I’ve trained quite a few puppies and I’ve helped birth a lot of cats and dogs. About: I've volunteered at the humane society taking care of cats. I have helped neighbors and family with walking and feeding thir dogs. I enjoy spending time around animals. I can help out everyday after 7:30pm, excluding weekends. I have a 9 am to 7:30pm everyday. The routine is to feed and walk and play. In the client's home I will care for the pet indoor or outdoor depending on the service. House setting would be in the home and dog walking outside the home with bear spray for protection.

I can be available during the day for walks and potty breaks. I can provide convenience for the clients, and the care that is needed. About: I’m am all about the needs of your pets. I have watched dogs that need walks three times a day to once a day. I had a cat that needed an inhaler and steroid medications daily. I’m here to help you have a stress free trip knowing your baby is being taken care like you would. I send picture every other day for updates whiles gone. I clean, willing to help clean poop or not. I was dog sitting when we had the earthquake and was able to keep my customers dog calm until she returned home from her trip. I’m here to make you and your pets comfortable. About: I love animals! I am able to walk far distances and care for specific needs. I have a cat of my own and can drive to your house. I am currently working as a barista downtown and own a car. I am able to drive to your location no matter the day and feed/ care for your animal. I am not able to house pets at my own house but feel absolutely fine going to your location. I am able to spend overnights there as well.

About: I’m a dog parent of a 3 yo husky mix who keeps me busy. She’s more social than I am, & most days, I’m chasing her around trying to keep up. I like to bike, ski, and play in the mountains, and it’s pretty easy to add another pet into the mix of our high energy lifestyle. Dog sitting was my first job, and I’ve had great experiences with Rover as a pet parent & a sitter I work full time, but I take an hour lunch break every day for dog walks. A typical day starts with a 30 min walk in the morning, 45 mins at lunch, and another 30-60 mins in the evenings. Love to take the dogs hiking, or out to one of the beaches in town, or up on a hiking trail. I have a friendly dog at home, & I require a meet & greet before overnight stays to make sure the personalities work together. Please bring a crate with you if your pet is used to having their own. Please also bring or identify whatever toys, treats, comfort items they can’t live without.
