About: I got a golden doodle when I was very young. Ever since then I’ve had a huge love for dogs and all animals. I’ve grown up with one, we got a second one shortly after. We basically had a mini farm at home, including ducks and bunnies. Once I moved out of my parents house I got a cat and a border collie/Australian Shepherd mix. I’ve been around animals all of my life. And I couldn’t imagine life without them. I work a full-time job Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with an hour lunch. I work Fridays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. I usually go home for lunch to make sure all pets are cared for. After work, I usually stay home for the rest of the night. I live in an apartment on the second floor with a balcony. It is a very safe environment. And cozy place. It is in a closed balcony, so there is no risks of animals falling off. I have two different windows that are big and both open for fresh air.

About: I am mostly experienced with cats, but I have been around dogs for years in care or for fun, just never having direct ownership of a dog. Willing to try it out! I am more than happy to watch over a pet overnight or during the day, including pet care, watering and feedings. I am also capable of walks. In my own personal care, I have raised or adopted several cats including doctors appointments, cleaning, etc. Of other clients pets I have taken care of more or less the same, all satisfied in their pets care.

About: I love dogs and I have been around and worked with them for 20 years. I have been housitting since I was a teenager. I am always respectful and I am good at matching the energy of pets. High energy pet? I love to play! Shy or low energy pet? I love to be calm and give dogs the space they need to get to know me. I work full time M-F and am happy to spend the rest of my time with your pet. I am comfortable with both high and low energy dogs, and I'm comfortable with any medications or special diets that may be required. I am comfortable following the rules of your home and cleaning up after myself. On walks, I prefer going where your dog is comfortable (trails and neighborhoods they already know) and avoid other animals to keep your dog safe.

“This was my first experience with Rover and I worry Alex has spoiled me. She was so responsive and kind from the first messages. She scheduled a meet and greet with the cats and it was great to meet her before handing over the house keys. Our finicky cats warmed up quickly to her which put my mind at ease while I was away. She gave us in depth Rover report cards with lots of pictures and info. I will definitely book Alex again in the future for cat sitting needs. I only hope she’ll have availability in her schedule since she’s so booked and busy!”
