He took the time to come by beforehand to meet both dogs and even walked my feisty little dog ahead of my trip—which made all of us feel comfortable right away. While I was away, Kieran kept me at ease with regular check-ins, photos, and quick responses whenever I had questions. I came home to two very happy dogs—and a house that looked exactly the same as I left it, which I truly appreciate. There was even a five-hour power outage while I was gone, and he handled it without a single complaint. On top of that, Kieran made sure my plants were watered during a stretch of 90-degree weather—definitely going above and beyond. Kieran has such a calm, easygoing demeanor, and I felt completely secure having them in my home. Avalon did such an amazing job with our Boxer. He's a rescue and can be high maintenance, and also requires daily medication management. She watched him over the week of 4th of July - no issues. The communication was above and beyond, with tons of photos and videos. The house was left cleaner than when we left. We will be using her again.
Sydney is wonderful! I was worried about leaving our kitties and had not used Rover before. Adeline did a fantastic job with my 17 year old health-challenged cat and 10 year old chiweenie. She stayed at my home for four nights and both my home and animals were in perfect shape when I returned. She was in regular communication and followed all directions. Very much appreciated.
Our first time with Celeste and we were very happy with her care of our fur kids. She took care of our two old pups - one who loves everyone and one who is less than thrilled with humans in general. The grumpy guy even liked her. And our three-legged cat was happy too. We got photos and videos daily, and everyone seemed happy and content. We will definitely have Celeste over again.
