She also introduced him to her cat; a creature he had little knowledge of, but had admired from afar. Rosco wanted to chase her a little bit but Nadine was able to talk him out of it. She took lots of pictures for us. Good ones! Rosco is usually either asleep or in motion, so he’s not the best photographic model. We’re homebodies, but if we go somewhere again, Rosco will stay with Nadine.”

About: I’d love to watch after your baby/babies! I love meeting new friends and I’m very understanding with cats boundaries. I of course have a cat of my own. I have watched many different cats and kittens over the years as well as many when I was a child. I have given a few kitties oral medications when needed, and I would be comfortable doing so. I do not mind cleaning litter, brushing, and spending real time with them to play if that is needed. I’m skilled at learning new animals, and adjusting how I need to match their temperament/energy.

About: I have experience with reactive dogs and understand they need to feel safe and redirected when they are in a heightened state. I try to meet pets and their parents where they are. I start my dog’s day with breakfast and potty break around 7 am. I like to walk my dog around noon on my lunch break and play with him. I’m off work around 5 pm and let the dog out for a potty break again after feeding him dinner. I have a fenced yard and a medium sized dog to keep your dog company. I also have a large crate if your pet requires their own space.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life! My mother was a dog breeder, meaning I have experience with puppies! I can’t remember a time when we didn’t have a dog in the house growing up, wasn’t till recently that I haven’t had a pet in the home. I’m a single mom to an animal loving 3 year old, who would be my little helper. I currently work in the medical field meaning I’m comfortable administering all kind of medications, whether that be topical, oral, or injectable medications. I have done pet sitting in the past, I have taken care of many kinds of animals, dogs, cats, horses, livestock, you name it I’ve probably taken care of it! I currently work full time, but I am home on evening and weekends, so I’m home starting Friday night to Sunday night to take your pup out as often as possible. During the week I am gone typically 12-14 hours a day, but if your pup is use to that I can make it work to let them out in the morning and then rush back to let them out once I’m home. I live in a duplex with a small fence in area that I can do quick potty breaks and then live close to walking trails for longer outside times. I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to play with animals. I also love close to parks that I can take dogs to if owner is comfortable with me transporting them. I also live close to my sister who has an active dog who loves friends to play with so that is an option if you have a high energy dog that likes friends.

“I am so happy to have found Nicole & Colton to board my pup for 10 days. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy. In the past, with other pets, I have used places like PetsMart and was always bummed to find my pet was a little withdrawn after I picked them up, but I am so happy with the whole experience of taking my pup to Nicole & Colton that I plan to rebook anytime I need a sitter and sometimes just to give my pup a social outing. I really believe they provided a safe and happy place for my puppy to play and rest.”
