About: Hi! I’m Sam! I’m 33 years old and I have been a Registered Veterinary Technician for over 12 years. I have experience in general practice as well as emergency medicine so helping to give your fur babies their medicine won’t be a problem! I am also certified in animal CPR. I currently have 2 dogs of my own named Kleio and Quinn as well as a bearded dragon named Pebbles and a kitty named Soot! I look forward to helping your fur kids stay happy and healthy while you’re away! 🫶🏻 I’m currently working full time but am available before and after work for walks/drop in visits and can do lunch time visits if the distance isn’t too far. I always strive to keep my fur friends happy and occupied. I love play time and enjoy helping to enrich their lives with walks or snuggles on the couch.

About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life! I love dogs in all sizes and have the most experience with chihuahuas from puppies to much older puppies. I love going for walks and going places with doggies but I’m also not opposed to a leisurely stroll or hanging out on the couch! Currently I am waiting to start my full time position so I have lots of availability and can start immediately! I am doing this because I love animals and I need a little extra cash to get me by! I am willing to go for walks and do drop ins. I have recently been house sitting for family members with multiple dogs and I have taken those dogs on walks, to the vet, and even to camp. We play and hang out and I spend the night with them!

About: Hello STL pet parents! I am new to Rover but I've taken care of all ages, sizes, and various breeds of dogs since I was young, ranging from Chihuahuas to 110 lb Bouviers. My husband (former dog trainer) and I are the proud dog parents of two friendly rescue chihuahua mixes and we take them everywhere with us when we can and consider them to be our family. We have also had the privilege of caring for a rescue pittie who was skittish around other dogs at first, and a pug lab mix who never met a stranger. I nursed one of my current rescues through heartworm treatment after first adopting her and saw our pug lab mix through chemo when she was diagnosed with lymphoma. I take the care and love of dogs very seriously and believe we owe them the utmost respect. It would be my honor to apply that same philosophy of care and compassion (and fun!) with your beloved family member. I can be available any day of the week, though I prefer notice for weekends. Overall however I can be flexible! If the service is a walk I would prefer that to take place before 6:30 p.m. My yard is fenced in with a privacy fence and if I let dogs into the yard I am always out there with them the entire time. I have two small dogs who are friendly and enjoy gentle playing with others. I'm also comfortable visiting in your home or taking your doggo out on an adventure.

About: I have fed, cuddled, and played with many different cats and dogs that we had from childhood until now. Pets of all kinds, have always been a part of my family and I would love to be a part of yours when you need to get away! I work from home so my schedule is flexible, accomodating mornings and evenings, which is perfect to tuck your little one in or feed them breakfast. I am available to drop in for walks, feedings, or even just socialization at your descretion. Anytime of day works for me as I can schedule around your needs.

About: I don’t currently have a fur baby of my own so I am looking to care for others’ furry family members. I will love, pamper and care for them as I would my own..... I am looking for long-term relationships, however I would be happy to fill in on a short-term, temporary basis as well. I have a fenced in yard and live close to many parks. If your pet needs one-on-one attention, I am willing to accommodate and only take in one family pet at a time. Your fur baby would get a lot of TLC and one-on-one attention. I have plenty of time in my life to care for and play with your furry family member. I have a fenced in yard. Live close to three nice parks-Carondelet, Jefferson Barracks, Lemay Park. Small dog park in the neighborhood. Lots of places to play nearby. I work part time outside the home. I will be gone for a maximum of five hour blocks when scheduled to work away from home. I have a fenced in yard. My home is very pet friendly. Many pet pillows and toys to choose from throughout the house. I am selective about treats I purchase for my guests. Puppers allowed to be on furniture if the owners are okay with that. I have Ring cameras to keep an eye on the fur babies when I’m away and love to share those videos with the family.

About: I love dogs and cats and have some extra time so I couldn’t think of a better way to fill it. I have previous experience working as a dog walker. I’ve had dogs and cats as pets and feel comfortable with all sizes. I’m always the go to dog sitter for my friends and I really enjoy it. I think it’s really fun to get to know others dog personalities. I have my own transportation and am reliable. I really value good communication and will strive to be as available as I can. I’m super over protective of my pets and will definetly extend that with yours so you can feel comfortable when leaving your met with me. I’ve never met a dog I didn’t get along with! My schedule is lighter this year at work so I can be available evenings, nights and weekends mostly. Can also accommodate early mornings if needed. I have experience with dogs in crates and am comfortable using different ones. I take safety very seriously and would treat your pet as my own.

About: I have been taking care of my own animals my whole life, and have sat for other people on numerous occasions. I have also assisted with much of the care and feeding of a dog and several cats over the years. I live in South St. Louis City, and I can only really work there or in areas near there, but if you live close to me you will never be without the help you need. I can stay in your house if you'd like me to, but I can't keep other people's pets in my house because I have a very nervous and shy cat who would be made uncomfortable by this and a crazy dog who might scare your pets. I repeat: I can stay in your house or I can just pop in and out to take care of your pets, but I cannot have outside animals stay in my home. I also walk dogs. The rates for that might be a little bit different, but I assure you they will still be affordable. I have to say though that I cannot walk for an extended period in thunderstorms or freezing/icey temperatures. That's for my safety as well as your dog's. I will be your pet's new best friend and your asset when you are in a pinch or are going somewhere and can't take care of them. I have loved animals since I was a child, and I rarely find one with which I don't get along. I don't have a job which will take me out of town frequently, so I can provide my services as long as they are needed. I look forward to meeting you and your adorable animal friends! For overnights and short-term house sits, I maintain limited availability Friday through Monday, taking on one booking per week. I work part time with my own small business, which is why I'm selective about my schedule. This allows me to provide the quality care and attention your pet deserves. When I'm at your home, I follow your pet's daily routine and schedule as closely as possible. I respect your space completely and leave no trace once I've gone. I'm attentive to your pet's emotional and physical state, so I notice if something feels off and I'll communicate with you about it. I provide regular updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing while you're away. I follow your instructions precisely and care for your home and your animals with the same respect I give my own.

About: I grew up around dogs and have been a 2x cat mom for 5 years. I frequently pet sit for friends. I’ll treat your pets like my own! I work a full time job but I do have a lot of free time. I work 2-10:30pm with Fridays and Saturdays completely available . I’m very respectful of everyone’s personal spaces and am more than happy to tidy up after pets. As I have 2 cats of my own, I am not offering pet sitting in my own home.
