Despite it being a last minute request, she responded very promptly, was friendly and professional, and arrived early for her visit as well! Both my dogs can be super crazy but she was extremely patient the whole time, and my dog just adored her, and definitely seemed like she had a good time! She is generally very aloof with strangers, but she hit it off with David immediately. She can also be a little leash reactive, but David was able to handle her flawlessly. She handles multiple pets as we also had a hamster at one time and now have a cat as well. She cleaned the hamster’s cage and took great care of him.
