We are so incredibly grateful to Lauren for taking such wonderful care of Sadie and Hazel while we were away over Christmas. Sadie is a senior and requires medication, and Lauren made sure she received everything she needed while also giving her so much love and attention. Yvonne is amazing with our dogs. She has taken care of our Boston Terrier a few times now and he loves her. Our other dog, Lucy, always has trouble getting use to and going with new people. Not this time, however. Lucy went with Yvonne as if she has known her all her life.
Wilber and Jeanelly were amazing! They responded very quickly to our last minute request. They made us feel secure in leaving our puppy for the first time. We had no worries while our pup was with them. We received a video and pics throughout our day with updates. Communication was great, pick up and drop off was a breeze. This was our first Rover booking and we were super nervous but was impressed that They were able to take our babies at the last minute, on a holiday, and sent us pictures while we were gone.
