I just wanted to share a glowing review for Sylvia, who recently took care of our Cavapoo, Benzy. Silvia did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. She not only made sure Benzy was happy, well-fed, and well-exercised, but she also went the extra mile by sending us adorable pictures and updates. It was so reassuring to see Benzy having such a good time. Silvia’s warmth and professionalism really shone through, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We’ll definitely be trusting her with Benzy again in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful dog sitter!

A couple of hours after I dropped off my corgi, Louie, I received a message asking me to find a different sitter. Louie resembles a local dog that does not get along with one of the sitter's two dogs, Henry. Sitter's husband mentioned Henry "always wants to fight" with the other dog that looks like mine; therefore, when Henry sees Louie, he goes "crazy." I was not informed about any negative history between her dogs and one that looks like Louie. If I had known her dogs were incompatible with mine, I would have found a different sitter. Overall, the sitter lacks the temperament and experience to manage highly active dogs like corgis. People should know that English is not the sitter's first language; it might be Spanish, although her husband speaks English fluently. To her credit, she offered to drop off Louie with a new sitter, which I appreciate immensely. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a last-minute replacement.
