By the time I picked up my girls from their first daycare with her, I knew that she had actually taken time to get to know and understand my dogs and didn’t just park them in her yard and call it a day. This was my 1st time boarding my dog & I was so nervous about it, but Cecilia was so nice. We set up a meet & greet and Luna got to familiarize herself with the home and the other pets. When my travel plans changed, she was so flexible. She sent me photos & videos of Luna every day with updates. I picked her up and she was so happy!
