Availability
I have recently started a new part time job, but the time I’m not working, I love to meet some new furry friends! I am happy to accept house sits any days, as long as it is okay that I am gone for 4-6 hours at a time for my job. I also tend to take some drop ins and walks occasionally while house sitting where I would be gone for up to 2 hours at a time. Otherwise, I intend to spend most of my time at your home taking care of your pet. I prioritize the pets I care for, so I always ensure they’re well taken care of during my time with them- especially making sure they are set if I will be leaving the home for hours at a time, and then showering them with all of the love and attention once I return. For arrival times to house sits, as well as drop-in and walk times, I ask for flexibility. I am happy to work around my part-time job schedule to care for your pets to the highest standard on any day, but my availability for certain times on different days of the week may vary.

Safety, trust & environment
I focus on providing calm, attentive care that keeps pets comfortable in their own environment. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s established routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of affection. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level, making adjustments to ensure they feel safe and at ease while their owner is away. Cleanliness, consistency, and clear communication are important to me, and I treat every home and pet with the same care and respect I would my own. I am happy to provide consistent picture updates of your pets and keep in active communication with you. I also strive to leave a home as clean (if not cleaner) than I found it for all of my services.
Information Rylee B. would like to know about your pet
IMPORTANT INFO: • Please let me know your pet’s temperament prior to our meeting. If your pet has any behavioral or medical needs, I kindly ask that you share detailed information so I can best accommodate them while you’re away and ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. • I am unable to accept work with aggressive dogs. Nervous dogs that take a bit of warming up to is fine, however if there is any sort of bite history or significant aggression issues I will have to decline. This will be up to my own discretion after meeting the pup. • I am willing to accept same-day or short notice walk and drop in requests on a case-by-case basis. For cats, I will most likely be able to accept a same day request, as I feel confident not meeting prior. However, for dogs, I typically require a meet and greet with owners present to ensure trust is built. Following initial meet and greet, if all is well and everyone feels the pup and I are a good fit for your needs, I will be willing to accept same day/short notice requests for the future. Once again, this will be up to my own discretion upon meeting and working with the dog. • For house sitting: Please leave detailed instructions if possible about your home and pets. I try to retain as much information as I can from meet and greets, however it’s most helpful to have information written down to refer to- especially if the meet and greet is well in advance. • For walks and drop-ins: Please communicate any information you may need me to know either via note at your home or Rover messaging. Please leave all necessary items for the walk/drop-in where I can find them or instructions on where to find them. Please allow a 15 minute grace period for drop in and walk times. This will not take from the time I provide the service, it will still be that 30-60 minutes period with the animal (s). The grace period accommodates for extra time I may need for travel and reaching your residence. The time clock for the service will not start until I reach your door. (Ex: booking at 1:00pm, I will arrive anytime between 1-1:15. The time the booking ends will be 30-60 minutes from the moment I start the time clock at your door.) • Meet and greets: I require at least 1 meet and greet for most bookings, with the exception of drop-ins with cats or established dogs. For house sitting requests more than 1 month in advance, I request that we have at least 2 meet and greets. One soon after scheduling to initially meet and secure the booking, and one within 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the booking to recap, refresh, and reacquaint. This may not apply to repeat customers. ANIMALS BESIDES DOGS AND CATS: • My experience is very limited, however I am willing to accept work with non-traditional animals (reptiles, rodents, farm animals, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. An additional daily fee may incur for the animal(s). This will be discussed prior to booking. Upon request for services, please immediately disclose any additional non-traditional pets you are requesting care for. Any non-disclosed pets will result in an additional fee on top of daily-fees or cancellation of the booking. Please leave detailed notes about the care for this pet and allow us to discuss and demonstrate that care at the meet and greet.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so activities are based on what they enjoy most. That can include daily walks, playtime with toys, gentle exercise, enrichment games, and calm companionship. Whether your pet loves to play fetch or prefers a cozy nap buddy, I make sure they feel comfortable and cared for.

A Family Friend for your Furry Fam
Pet care experience
I grew up with pets as part of my family, which taught me from an early age how to care for them with patience, consistency, and respect. Being around dogs and cats my whole life helped me learn how to read their body language, understand their routines, and respond to their individual needs, whether that means playtime, quiet companionship, or extra reassurance. I have a special place in my heart for those sweet babies with the silver speckles. I had a senior cat I lost not long ago, and I also have experience with senior dogs that have special needs. I, of course, enjoy the youngins too! I'm happy to care for pets of all ages, as well as any pets with special needs. The only pets I would have to decline are dogs with aggression or aggressive tendencies. Please see my requested important information section with further details.

Reviews

Rylee was a an amazing help for our 10 day trip. She is an absolute professional who has a lot of experience dealing with our babies. She loved and cared for them like they were her own. Lots of cute and fun picture updates. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing that our 2 cats and dog were in good hands. Rylee goes above and beyond when shes at our place, not just taking care of our babies but also looking out for our house as well. I strongly recommend booking Rylee for any pet care needs.

Rylee took great care of our cat! She is a reliable sitter who truly seemed to care about our pet, definitely recommend

Rylee was amazing she gave all the cuddles to my two kitties and always sent photos which was greatly appreciated. She somehow managed to keep my two porch flowers alive even though they are the most temperamental things ever! 10/10 recommended.
Rylee was great with my new rescue mini poodle I plan to use her again
