I have a flexible schedule as a student, which allows me to be available during the day when many others may not be. This means I can provide consistent, reliable care and maintain your pet’s normal routine. After May 13, I will have full availability for pet care and household needs, including last-minute bookings, extended stays, and overnight care.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow all care instructions and maintain each pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, medication administration, and special care needs. I provide attentive, in-home care and can stay for extended periods, including overnight, with minimal time away. I also keep your home clean and tidy, including light cleaning and pet messes. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including those who jump, mouth, or have high energy. I’m very observant of body language and can recognize signs of stress, anxiety, or overheating. I tailor activity to each dog’s needs and am happy to provide walks and playtime as often as they enjoy, while always keeping their health and routine in mind. I’m also happy to reinforce training during visits and have earned obedience awards through 4-H.

A typical day
I tailor each visit to your pet’s normal routine. I’ll provide walks as often as requested, along with playtime like fetch, tug-of-war, or running for high-energy dogs. I’m comfortable handling larger, strong dogs and enjoy staying active with them. For lower-energy pets, I’m just as happy to focus on calm companionship, cuddling, and keeping them relaxed and comfortable. I can also incorporate light training into playtime to keep your pet mentally engaged.

Hi! I’m Georgia, a reliable and attentive pet sitter with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including large breeds, seniors, and pets needing extra attention or specialized care. I’ve worked with animals through volunteering at Safe in Austin animal rescue (2020–2025) and through Wag!, where I’ve provided consistent, dependable care. You can also find my reviews on Wag under “Georgia Tice.” I’m especially attentive with elderly and high-maintenance dogs and take pride in being patient and detail-oriented. I’m comfortable handling strong pullers and have safely walked dogs up to 160 pounds. I can recognize signs of stress and overheating and always follow owner instructions closely to keep pets safe and happy. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I’m also comfortable administering pill medications and inhalers (such as for asthma), and following detailed routines and feeding schedules. I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident while you’re away. I’ve grown up around animals and have experience caring for pets with a wide range of personalities and energy levels. I’m currently a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and pet sitting is a meaningful way for me to do something I love while helping others. I’m not sure where to start on this. I can not speak highly enough of Georgia. We have a dog that needs very special feeding and medication times and she always made sure that those times were met. She’s very response and loves animals more than most. She took incredible care of our dogs while we were away, always sent updates, asked questions to insure she’s treating our dogs the same way we would. If she’s available when I need someone I will be booking again without a hesitation because she treated our boys like they were her own
Georgia was awesome! Took great care of two pups and was always on time. We really appreciated the updates and pictures with each visit! We booked her while we took a family weekend trip and not having to stress about our dogs being taken care of was great. Both ourselves and the dogs are looking forward to having Georgia back for our next trip!
