About: Hi y’all! I’m Jackson, and I am a huge animal lover. I’ve lived with at least 2 dogs my entire life, and I now have 3 dogs waiting for me back home in Houston. My animals received many, many walks while under my care. I’ve dog sat for countless neighbors, family friends, and strangers, and I’m no stranger to scoopin’ some poop. My oldest pooch was 18 years old, and I’m more than aware of the stubbornness that age brings along. I’ve raised many puppies too, so I’m familiar with the nuance of tender yet firm care. I’d love to get to know and provide top-notch care for your animals, if you’d let me! I am a full time student at UTSA. I have class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends are more than often available. I try to visit home once a month to spend time with my family, including my dogs, so I’d love to fill this canine void I experience here in San Antonio. I have been the owner and the stranger to untrusting dogs, so I’ve gathered the best way to approach these kind of animals from both sides. I have no issue with getting on their level, exercising patience, or crating. I pick up on mannerisms and comfort levels easily, and I can adapt to the needs of each animal efficiently.

About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always loved caring for them. Growing up, my family had dogs, cats, and even a raccoon and squirrel for a little while thanks to my grandma lol! So I’m definitely comfortable around all kinds of personalities and energy levels! Right now, my boyfriend and I have two cats and a dog of our own, so caring for pets is a big part of my everyday life. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your fur babies, and I’d love to help give them the same love, attention, and care I give my own pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and lots of attention and affection. I know every pet has a different personality and comfort level, so I always try to match their needs and energy. I’m also happy to give updates and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your pets are happy and cared for while you’re away. Since I have pets of my own, I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your fur babies.

“Hector is amazing with my Carrick and was from the very beginning. I'm disabled and found myself in need of a part-time dog walker. My dog is being trained as a service dog but was also rescued from a shelter and does not trust people easily. Hector asked what commands he knew, what was the best way to approach him, didn't flinch when my baby got anxious during their meet and greet. He won my furbaby over so completely that the next morning when Hector showed up for the first walk, Carrick quietly sniffed and accepted him and was more than happy to go on a walk with him. Hector also discovered the best way to walk Carrick on their first walk - I've never seen him come back from a walk so happy before! I cannot recommend Hector enough. He has experience, is intuitive, communicative, respectful, thoughtful, and takes great care of your fur babies. My little man gets the tippy-tappies when he hears him walking up to the door. Experienced in caring for dogs with high medical needs from puppyhood to senior care, I'm especially good at getting stubborn pups to take their medication with minimal stress. I now care for my two hyperactive dogs and am very skilled at tiring out their brain and body through long, highly stimulating walks and games. I've worked on training highly reactive dogs, decently stubborn, and working dogs who need tricks to get their minds to rest. About: I grew up with a rabbit named bunny honey, a bird named Charlie, and I now have my sweet pit/lab mix Soto, whom I adopted! I work full time Mon-Fri but drop in on my own dog during lunch as I work 10 mins away! I am able to keep your baby in my home, if you’re okay with that schedule. I am home during the weekends and go on walks and parks with my own pup, so yours is more than welcome to join. I am an incredible adaptable and patient person. I work with children which definitely calls for patience. I love all animals and treat them as if they are human. Share with me the specifics about your fur baby and I will be sure to treat them with all the love while you’re away!

About: I have been told that I have a way with animals , especially dogs in terms of gaining their trust. I have raised a number a dogs over 2 decades living on the family ranch. The latest dog I picked out for the family was very shy and scared. But I bonded with him quickly and gained his trust. FYI, I understand that this a job that I must prioritize customer service, and the health and well-being of their pets. I am well aware the duties of house sitting would include washing toys and dishes, mopping if needed, making sure the pets get plenty of play time, walks in parks, cleaning up waste, and giving meds if needed. Also, I’ll bring my own air mattress if you wish me to spend the night house sitting your pet. Also, for your information, I am actively seeking a part-time job, so I won’t be available, as a house sitter, to stay in your home all day considering I’ll need to work and such. But I will spend the nights at your place making sure your pet is cared for by all means necessary. I am working on getting another part-time job to make ends meet, but I can provide a flexible schedule to ensure your pets gets the best service when I am needed for help. As a house sitter, I won’t be available to stay in the house with your pet all day; but will still spend the nights there taking care of your pet. I am unable to provide service to have your pet stay at my place. My backyard is too small for starters. And most importantly, the walls and fence are not built properly meaning you dog might be at risk of digging out.

About: I took care of my dog, Luna, since the first day she was born because her mom didn’t want her. I’d wake up every 2 hours to make sure she ate while she was little because I didn’t want anything to happen to her. Now she’s 4 years old running around with her parents and siblings. I have a cat, she recently turned one. I take her everywhere with me, she loves car rides now. At home I have dogs who I’d always look forward going to play with after work. Pets have been a part of my life for a while now and I enjoy it. When it comes to dogs, puppies, I know that most of the time all they want to do is play and I’m okay with that. I think it’s an important part of their life to keep them healthy and happy.I know some pets don’t like being alone and it’s makes me sad to see pets waiting by the door for their owners to show up. So I look forward to being with them whether it’s playing with them or just keeping them company while you’re out working or running errands.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 6 when I got my first furry friend. Since then, I have rescued 2 more! During High school I volunteered at my local Humane Society where I cared for dogs and cats of all kinds. My friends, family and neighbors have trusted me enough care for their pets. I have a 9 year Australian Cattle/Lab rescue, a 4 year old Pitbull, and my newest edition 5 month old Frenchie. I’m very active so they will get plenty of play and eve walks if you’d like!
