Experienced in caring for dogs with high medical needs from puppyhood to senior care, I'm especially good at getting stubborn pups to take their medication with minimal stress. I now care for my two hyperactive dogs and am very skilled at tiring out their brain and body through long, highly stimulating walks and games. I've worked on training highly reactive dogs, decently stubborn, and working dogs who need tricks to get their minds to rest. I promise to provide the highest level of care and attention to your pet and their needs! I also foster kittens and have two kitties myself, and am thrilled to give love and attention to any pet! I work contract work while in graduate school, so I can be available to meet the needs of you and your fur baby and most any time or schedule! About: Hi y’all! I’m Jackson, and I am a huge animal lover. I’ve lived with at least 2 dogs my entire life, and I now have 3 dogs waiting for me back home in Houston. My animals received many, many walks while under my care. I’ve dog sat for countless neighbors, family friends, and strangers, and I’m no stranger to scoopin’ some poop. My oldest pooch was 18 years old, and I’m more than aware of the stubbornness that age brings along. I’ve raised many puppies too, so I’m familiar with the nuance of tender yet firm care. I’d love to get to know and provide top-notch care for your animals, if you’d let me! I am a full time student at UTSA. I have class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends are more than often available. I try to visit home once a month to spend time with my family, including my dogs, so I’d love to fill this canine void I experience here in San Antonio. I have been the owner and the stranger to untrusting dogs, so I’ve gathered the best way to approach these kind of animals from both sides. I have no issue with getting on their level, exercising patience, or crating. I pick up on mannerisms and comfort levels easily, and I can adapt to the needs of each animal efficiently.

About: I have been told that I have a way with animals , especially dogs in terms of gaining their trust. I have raised a number a dogs over 2 decades living on the family ranch. The latest dog I picked out for the family was very shy and scared. But I bonded with him quickly and gained his trust. FYI, I understand that this a job that I must prioritize customer service, and the health and well-being of their pets. I am well aware the duties of house sitting would include washing toys and dishes, mopping if needed, making sure the pets get plenty of play time, walks in parks, cleaning up waste, and giving meds if needed. Also, I’ll bring my own air mattress if you wish me to spend the night house sitting your pet. Also, for your information, I am actively seeking a part-time job, so I won’t be available, as a house sitter, to stay in your home all day considering I’ll need to work and such. But I will spend the nights at your place making sure your pet is cared for by all means necessary. I am working on getting another part-time job to make ends meet, but I can provide a flexible schedule to ensure your pets gets the best service when I am needed for help. As a house sitter, I won’t be available to stay in the house with your pet all day; but will still spend the nights there taking care of your pet. I am unable to provide service to have your pet stay at my place. My backyard is too small for starters. And most importantly, the walls and fence are not built properly meaning you dog might be at risk of digging out.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for years! I have experience with puppies to senior puppies, small babies to large babies. I have a blue heeler, a frenchie, and a cat at home. I’m an EMT so I get almost a week off every other week. In my off time, I love doing anything that has to do with animals! I will treat your baby like my own! We can play with toys or do some training or go to a dog park with permission.

About: As a dog "Mama" I know how important it is for our "children" to be safe,loved and happy. I provide a fun, interactive, safe and relaxing environment for your Pup. Working part time from home allows me to give a lot of myself and my time. There is a big Park near my home to walk and run in (weather permitting) and I have a decent sized fenced Yard. Max is the resident 13 month old Catahoula. He has been raised with lots of other dogs and lots of visits to the dog park (he hands out kisses to everyone ). About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a kid, and for the past 4 years I've been in jobs that include dog care such as a kennel attendant, dog bather, and dog groomer I work from home, as does my fiance so someone will be home at all times to take care of your fur baby. We have plenty of time in our schedules for walks, playtime, anything they need If it is my home they will have access to the entire place, they will get constant attention and love, potty breaks at least every 2 hours, but sooner if needed.

I’m currently a full-time college student, so my schedule is a little more limited during the week. Monday–Thursday, I’m usually busy from late morning through the late afternoon because of classes, so I’m mainly available in the mornings, evenings, and on Fridays and weekends. Because of my class schedule, I do need to be mindful of the location of bookings and how much time I can realistically spend with your pet. I want to make sure I can give every pet the attention they deserve rather than rushing back and forth between school and a booking. I keep my calendar updated and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to. My goal is to make sure your pet gets quality care, not just a quick visit squeezed into my schedule I care for pets in their own homes because I know they’re usually most comfortable in their familiar environment. Before a booking, I really appreciate when owners leave a detailed list of instructions for me. This can include everything about their pet’s routine, but also things about the home that I need to know, like where to park, how to get inside, a key or door code, apartment access, or anything else that will make the visit go smoothly. I follow your instructions closely and want to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible while you’re away. I also send lots of photos during every visit because I know how reassuring it is to actually see your pet while you’re gone. My goal is for your pet to feel comfortable in their own home and for you to feel completely comfortable having me care for them.

About: I've taken care of all sorts of pets! Hamsters, dogs, cats, and fish. Ive had my own dog since I was 5 and have taken care of friends and familys pets as well. Even in elementary, I was always the most trusted to watch my class pet. Ive had years of experience being around animals with all sorts of personalities and knowing how to handle stressful situations with them. I am on summer break, so I am free any day, any time! I have my own car and license so transportation wont be an issue. I start college in August so during that time my only busy days will be Tuesdays and thursdays. Other than that, you can count on me! I have one miniature schnauzer who just turned one and is a super friendly girl who loves playing outside. I have a fenced back yard so I take her to play back there, or me and her will go on walks at our nearest park, which also has a dog park! I usually take her in the mornings while its still cool so she doesn't burn her little paws. She gets her fitness, sunshine, and love everyday.

About: Being raised around cats my whole life, I started pet sitting for friends at 13. As a nanny, I also pet sit for the families I care for as well. Currently working part-time so I have a lot of flexibility. I’m a nanny, but my shifts tend to be short so I can schedule sits easily. I request written instructions/information so that if I’m unsure about anything or need to review information—there is no confusion. I am happy to match your desired level of communication, whether that’s photos and/or messages after each visit, daily reports, or more minimal options.
