About: I’ve always had pets and currently have two goldens and a cat. I absolutely love animals and now that my own human kids are grown I have extra time on my hands and I’d love help you spoil your fur babies. I’m happy to walk them, sit with them, play in the yard or whatever helps them feel loved when you’re not home ❤️ I work as a parapro in the mornings in a special education preschool classroom so I have availability in the afternoons, early evenings, and on weekends during the school year and will add morning availability in the summer! I am excited to get to know you and your fur babies! I am unable to care for your pets in my own home right now but am happy to drop in and let yours out to potty, feed them, play fetch or other outdoor games, go for a walk, or just sit and snuggle if that’s what they prefer 😊 I am also comfortable giving medications if need be with instruction and a demonstration from you. I previously had a dog with diabetes and am experienced in giving insulin injections.

About: I’ve always had animals, dogs, cats and horses. I’m retired know and have time during the work day to take our friends for a walk. I’m retired now, work occasionally, but I’m around during the day most days. Would be able to walk your dog during the working day for most people. I’m retired know and available during the day. I currently don’t have pets of my own but watch my grand dogs (2) at our house

About: I dog sit for family friends often and I really enjoy doing it! I’ve taken care of puppies, foster dogs, and senior dogs. My mom has two Blue Heelers whom I love dearly. Walks, meds, playtime, you name it! I volunteer at Holland Hospital on Saturday mornings, but other than that I am very free! I am currently unemployed (waiting to work again until I’m living on campus) so in the meantime I am quite flexible! I never open the door without checking my surroundings, I always make sure dogs who need a leash won’t be able to run out. I change water daily, and I don’t like to leave dogs alone for more than 4-8 hours unless absolutely necessary

About: I started my personal experience training an animal when I was 16 or 17 raising our family beagle puppy. I have always had a genuine love and curiosity for dogs. They each have such unique, individual personalities and they are more than just animals. They become your best friends! It amazes me to see their compassion and loyalty to their humans. In the past year, I have boarded several different dogs with my husband at our house, and I have also stayed at pet parents houses to watch their dogs as well. It is my desire to treat others dogs with the same love, kindness, and respect that their owners give them each day! I value the variety of structures that people set up for their pets and I will obey those structures. Overall, I will do my best to make your dog feel comfortable and happy during their time apart from their family 😊. I have a full-time position located in Grand Haven, but I only go into the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. My day off is Monday so I definitely have flexibility on that day, and I am at home most of the day Wednesdays, Fridays, and also Saturdays in the morning/afternoon and Sundays in the evening. Depending on the location of the dog, I can make a stop for a drop in or walk on my way to or from work in Grand Haven because it is about a 45 minute drive. If the pet is within 25-30 minutes from my home, I can easily make that drive on the days I work from home. For the days that I have to leave for chunks of time, my husband can also help out if the dog is staying at home with us! I do not have much of a yard at my home, but we live right next to a very spacious park and love to take our furry friends on long walks! We prefer to crate them when we are not at home but we are usually only gone a couple hours at a time if that. We are open to them sleeping in our bed with us depending on the size of the dog 😊. When I stay in a clients home to watch their dog, I am pretty open and flexible to their needs. I have watched dogs who have very specific diets, walking schedules, and sleep schedules.

“Mandy did a get job with Stella and Lacee on Thanksgiving Day! We came home after 13 hours and both dogs were calm and happy to see us and there were no messes! We really appreciate her care for them. We’ll book again I’m sure. Jan”

“I've known Sam for over 6 years now and he's watched over both of my dogs for over 4 and a half years. One of my dogs is getting up there in age and needs daily medications and accommodations for his health. Sam does a fantastic job at keeping my older dog Bear happy, medicated, and safe. I've never had any problems or complications with Sam and he's always been able to work with my schedule. His customer service is very informative and caring. I've always got a text or call if he had any questions and keeps me updated often. He has a very upbeat and compassionate personality that helps keep me confident in his pet care for my animals and puts there happiness and safety as his top priority.
